Hello, we apologize for the late reply. Usually, double jaw surgery requires braces before or after surgery (or in some cases, both). Since the bite has to be in a stable position, braces are usually needed. Surgery is possible with wisdom teeth and in some cases, the wisdom teeth can be extracted during surgery (depending on the case).
