Im shocked bro isn't hyped for her leader skill, shes buffing all 3 of those teams heavily and they need the help, she doesn't need to to cram herself within the meta she needs to expand it and make more teams viable
She also gives 2ki for allies which helps a lot

21% damage reduction actually does matter. 1,500,000 x .79 is 1,185,000, which is a lot easier to live than a 1,500,000 super. If she can get to 1 million defense post super, she'll only be taking 185k. That isn't bad, especially for a team with lots of healing.

9:19 I don’t know if this is like Fusion Zamasu’s defense. Zamasu’s passive says “when receiving an attack” but 21’s says “after receiving an attack”. It’s one word but that could be the difference, but we will see once she drops.

no you aren't wrong. The "after" part can be reference with units like str super vegeta where he gets hit before getting his defense since he's also "after receiving attack". The fact that Truth thinks the wording in 21's kit is the same as CMZ shows that he didn't process that "when" does not equal "after".
2 lines above it says "when attacking", he probably quickly read that as "when attacked". I know I did at 1st. But yeah, she's the same as LR INT SS4 Goku, gotta prey she doesn't get suppered before being attacked.
@@Grumpek To be fair, Dokkan are not exactly very intuitive with how they explain things. We shouldn't have to wonder how something works after we read it, but thanks to how they use commas and stuff, that's often the case.

Her defense on hit is different then fusion zamasu. Hers is AFTER receiving and attack and zamasu is WHEN receiving an attack
She's like SS3 Rose Jr. Transforms on 5th turn like Rose, heals a lot after transforming like Rose and is AA unit like Rose. Can you imagine the amount of heals her + 2 Roses would dish out? 70% turn 5 and 40% turn 6 (or vice versa), then 15% at the start of every turn and 5% each time #21 attacks and then 21% every time #21 is on rotation and you have less than 60% HP at the end of turn. Add 5% from possible Metamorphosis and unless you die in 1 hit, your team is unkillable, especially if you add Dark Masked King into the mix...
Honestly I wouldn’t mind a super 13 as the part 2 lr or maybe 13 14 and 15 being the lr that turns in super 13

That ssj3 rose team is starting to look pretty nasty. One rotation of the Vegito’s another of modified jenemba and a 21 and you float rose and the last 21 or another strong heroes unit and it’ll be devastating
One note to make that wasn't mentioned...both 21s can be 200% run on SSJ3 Rose's team, thanks to him leading Transformation Boost with Crossover 30%. If 21 isn't leading herself, she could potentially be fit into a better team setting considering you can run units like LB SSJ4 Vegito, PHY SSJ4 Vegito, etc. It does mean losing the opportunity to run her with Bulma, arguably the best LR in the game, but it does give her a bit more of a sufficient team considering neither 21 has restrictions to worry about and can provide for themselves.
Edit: Yes, I say this knowing the links may be quite a bit weaker, but it is just an idea considering her main lead teams do need more support or at the very least, solid EZAs to make the older units runnable.

Probably only gonna do 1 multi like I've been doing on filler DFEs this year. She looks solid and I am excited for her but she definitely isn't a must summon. New years and anniversary are right around the corner and I gotta rebound my stone count from going all in on heroes lol (79% LB Vegito, so worth)
the animation on these cards are superb, not janky like the heroes unit, look how smooth each frame is the lighting , the colors, the fluidity, who ever design this card animation, should do all cards from now on
I feel like it's a bit janky. I love how they did a mixture of dokkan and fighterz including some more 3d shots while using 2d animation is pretty neat. But yea way better than heros animations the only good ones were barely Goatito and SSJ3 Ross

If they release a cell max her team would be pretty good. Cell max, bulma, the gammas and even a new gamma 1&2 lr, her team would be crazy with new super hero units. Not to mention when lr buuhan gets an eza

I guess "exceptional defense" means a lot of additional attacks? I'll be surprised if she can tank normals from main bosses before Super Attack. Her stats are good, but it sounds like she's slot 2 or 3 and weak to AOE.

Don't care if she's not a go-to pick for "the hardest fights in the game" or that her team is iffy. She looks fun, and after the ssj4 spam we just got, and I pulled absolutely nothing from it, this 21 makes me want to play the game again after fp ssj4 goku and ssj4 vegito made me wants to quit completely.

Well truth she is great all around including leader skill she is helping units that need help unlike a category that’s already stacked
She really isn't. Her leader skill is pretty bad, she is helping units that are outdated. The only one I can think of on top of my head is Bulma. 17 and 18 unusable without Goku. She is unusable on slot 1 and will take shit ton from aoe. Her additionals don't proc and you're screwed. Her transformed state looked decent until I saw that she doesn't have dodge anymore And gained 21% dmg reduction which really is nothing much when you think about it.

Just remember Dmg reduction gets better the more DMG the enemy is doing. If the boss is doing a 800k then 21% is actually a lot

Her extra defense won’t activate instantly like Zamasu’s. Zamasu gets his “WHEN receiving an attack”, and 21 gets hers “within the same turn AFTER receiving an attack”.

Day one of asking Truth to do a 200% super buu showcase on Android 21's team with bulma and kid buu on the team he's the best unit in the game now that he has a 200% fully built up he has 850k defense pre super 1.8 million defense post triple super with guard and he drops a 35 mil attack stat into a double 26 million attack stat

Datruth, her passive when transformed says after, not when to receive the buffs. Zamasu gets it when he is being hit. She gets it after the initial hit. (I think more similar to PHy EZA SSJ Bardock)

why do i feel she's gonna be a fraud due to her having the dodge only after attacking? Wait they both have a problem with their defense. i don't see them reavhing over 1 million defense, so 21% damage reduction really feels nothing for tanking the hardest boss in the game, while it does seem... decent-ish for "lesser" red zone bosses, also no support :(

The two 21s seem good and their animations are nice as well. Leaderskills arent that great but still good regardless. Unfortunately not on the lvls of majunior, godku, or wt goku but definitely around there.
I think we can even add that Monke Vegito. I know he's not a DFE but God damn he's just as good as the top 3.😊

I feel like her damage is absolutely fucking backshit insane levels of damage, given she supers and doesn’t normal a million times. Like she doesn’t have the heroes stat lines but she has similar modifiers to her attack, and with how many supers she’s putting out, she can pop off. Defense is gonna be lacking considering the DR is low but it’s not BAD per se, gonna be a struggle against aoe attacks or these big time supers. She’s more of a pretty strong fun unit but not something you bring as a first pick.
Can you do a tier list with the Heroes characters. I think you should rank Vegetto and Rosé with the Dokkan Fests cause they require 77 medals and then rank the others against non Dokkan Fests and LRs
