You know, as a musician, it pains me to say depression has taken so much from my life. My joy. My happiness. My sense of belonging and purpose. And even my wanting to be here. And yet, when I listen to Malte, Luna and Fabba, and see their smiling faces, and the literal glow coming from their bodies as they make this beautiful music, I suddenly feel like I have found my "tribe", and that everything is good with the world. Thank you three for making me feel good and whole again, even if only for a little while. Namaste my brothers and sister. 🖤

One of my best friends suffered from severe depression for almost 15 years and no one could help him because he wouldn't let them. He only started talking about it and opening up about it 2 years ago and then decided to get help. He tried a lot of things and fell down a lot but in the end he found his way to live with it and make the best of it and the changes it made to his life were huge. I am telling you this just so you know there is always a way and you are not alone with this disease. I really hope you find a way to be happy with again and start to enjoy to make your own music.
