I'm telling, ya.. someday I'll have a 736, for coyotes .. have a 233 and Love it. My one gripe is living in the Midwest and when it gets cold cold the scope wants to act up a bit.. but portable power pack seems to fit that.. I know the 736 is getting some years on it now and I hope to pick one up for a fair price in a year or two. Love the show by the way!
Jason my new bucket list is me and my dad got a do a helicopter hog hunt. But I would live to see you do a Night vision hunt. Helicopter Hog hunt with a Night vision setup to help keep the population down. Can't wait for that also run it suppersed and watch them fall. Lol thanks for the vids.
Those helicopter hunts l look awesome! I'd probably get sick and wouldn't be able to hit anything though.hahah
My open fields require long range shooting, up to 300 yards. I think this 6X base magnification would work for me. Also would need the battery pack (rechargeable batteries). What's your opinion regarding 250-300 yard visibility, sighting, shooting, using the PTS 736?
In my opinion the PTS736 has the best image quality of any thermal optic in the sub-640x480 resolution range. It is definitely a long range scope and probably THE best thermal on the market for 250-300 yard shots. If you want long range, this is definitely the thermal to buy.

Great info and vids you know youtudemy ban your stuff. What is your backup sight to keep up with new stuff.
I'm working on a back up plan now. I've looked at a few other video sites that are aiming to be Second Amendment friendly but so far I'm not convinced they have a good enough user interface or the backing (money, software programmers, advertising plan etc) to make it all work. I'm waiting to see how thing shake out but I definitely think we need a safe alternative.

False alarm. I spoke with FLIR and it was a mistake on their end. No 536's are available yet as of 4-19-18. Stay tuned, I'm hoping it will be soon.
