I think her introverted nature is part of her sweet charm and along with her music is why she has so many fans rooting for her. It doesnt mean she isnt confident within herself. Her whole Aura is actually quite refreshing and a pleasure to consume as we are so oversaturated by the hyper sexual, loud, "im that bitch" celebs.
