Thanks for your comments. After some discussion I revised my build and it now has the angle you mentioned and is sitting on top of a container. I have yet to hook it up to a pump because I've been busy on another similar project. I'll get to it eventually. Thanks for watching
your angle is to steep apply 1.5 in per foot you'll have better results each rib acts like a fluid bed what the material dance between your ribs i have used the for cleanup for 4 years good luck
