I do tend to match the gliders to the characters, I just think it looks nice. Fun fact as soon as I get a new character I know I will use, I change their glider.

@@twigvt I reached reputation level 10 in each nation only to get the glider for the characters from said nation, not the treasure finding compass, not the oculus resonance stones, the gliders alone.

To be fair, the default glider goes extremely well with Rosaria's outfit, so yes this game has consumed my brain's RAM for the past 3 years.

despite having "wings of transuent dreams", I still strongly believe in (and actively use) "Wings of companionship" on daggar bandit keaya. it just looks soooo clean, it matches the outfit asthetic and different blues and the stars matcb his stars so well it's just a match made in heaven.
i actually use the glider with music notes, it's pretty.
and I am also a purple enjoyer.

counter argument, wings of companionship look absolutely PERFECT on dagger bandit keaya. the gold matches, both have stars (keaya on his boots and the wings on the edges), the darker purple-blue is just the same colour for both of em, the lighter blue matches keaya hand garment daimond thing. it just works so well togather I was amazed when I first tired it out!

as someone who owns the music wings i actually do NOT remember well at all. i had been playing for like. MAYBE two weeks. i was completely oblivious. it took me several more months if not a year to learn why i even had them. they were a mystery. i immediately forgot what they were from and was like "yeah i dont remember where i got those wings but like ive got em and they look nice on my sucrose"
anyway i match all my wings to my characters carefully. you have no idea how hyped i am for natlan wings even though theyre still so far away. they had BETTER be fucking red

0:45 i do, in fact, use them to match my characters! i use the black one to match with lynette cause it fits her so well 😊 as well as the basic star one on wanderer cause it matches his palette and frankly how tiny he is for the wingspan
How could you NOT match the wings to the characters colours. It would be absolutely painful to watch. 😂 There’s no other personality questions behind it. Fontaine wings are ok for Neuvillette, default wings for Kazuha. Heh, I even got the new bundle glider with gems saved from multiple Welkins just to get a perfect colour for Xingqiu and Kaeya’s new skin. Wanderer works really well with the Prime wings, sue me.

I use the default glider but that's because I have a mod that has custom gliders for some of the characters, and that's the one that is coded to change.

@@twigvtlook the amount of xp you get from AQs as a new player means that you reach higher levels FAST, like I have probably done like 50 world quests in total but I’m already at level 55 lol (started playing in September)

@@starryskies0 I basically neglected all exploration and WQs lol, had to finish all AQs to interact with the community but not get spoiled, reached Fontaine before even properly starting sumeru’s first AQ, just BOOKED IT thru the desert using Lynette, also reached summeru before even finishing Liyue’s AQs 😅
I guess I’m a casual but I only have one set of wings, so I only put the “special blue wings with stars” on characters I really like and ones I use a lot. Everyone else gets brown peasant wings 😅
I use the Mondstadt glider on the Traveler purely because i have it almost triple crowned on Anemo and it's my main.

Mix of Inazuma, Dragonspine and Fontaine gliders... and I put the Fontaine gliders on Wanderer because I literally have no gliders that look good on him otherwise except for maybe the Dragonspine ones
I do prefer matching the gliders to the characters and I do own all of the regional ones though
I put the Mondstat glider on Chongyun because he looks good in it sue me
