- The carefully selected Rife frequencies embedded in this unisex session will effectively help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
The pelvic floor is a "sling" of muscles, a bit like a small muscle hammock that runs between the pubic bone in the front, and the tailbone at the back. It supports the bladder and bowel (colon). A woman's pelvic floor muscles also support her womb (uterus).
It is composed of three separate paired muscles; pubococcygeus, puborectalis and iliococcygeus. These muscles have attachments to the pelvis as follows: Anterior - pubic bodies of the pelvic bones. Laterally - thickened fascia of the obturator internus muscle, known as the tendinous arch.
Typical symptoms of a weak pelvic floor include:
• Leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, laughing or running.
• Not being able to reach the toilet in time.
• Passing wind from either the anus or vagina when bending over or lifting.
• Reduced sensation in the vagina.
• Tampons that dislodge or fall out.
• A distinct bulge at the vaginal opening.
