@K1111A I am so sorry; I just saw your response (thanks, google). I have yet to find the actual root cause of the headaches so there's a few other things I've tried. When I first started getting them, I thought it was allergies as they Do involve my sinuses. At that time I would take 2 Tylenol (acetaminophen), 2 aspirin (not ibuprofen), and 1 (sometimes 2) benadryl (diphenhydramine). For some reason this works better than Excedrin with Benadryl. I still do this, but it doesn't always work. I have since started adding strong, black coffee. It helps; but I can only drink so many pots of coffee, lol. I also use ice packs on my eyes and head. Again, you can only use those for a short period of time. These headaches involve my sinuses AND shoulder blade on whatever side they've taken hold. I've looked up vasomotor rhinitis responses and cluster headaches and it would almost seem to be a mixture of the 3 (vasomotor, cluster, hormonal)? So I have added some other "subliminals": Arcturian Sound and Energy Healing - Hybaric oxygen (on loop I have kept one at bay, but not totally eliminated) and Spooky2 - Cluster headaches. There are also some acupressure points I use. But, for me, the subliminals work the best. I just had one of these buggers, last week. I had tried the pill/coffee cocktail and it worked until it wore off. At which time I looped Lucy for 2 hrs. It was mostly gone but I could still feel it in my shoulder. So I did about 10 min of Spooky2 - muscles relax, and, about an hr of the Spooky2 - Cluster headaches. BUH-BYE, HEADACHE!!! 🥳 Sorry for the novel. But I would write all day if it could help anyone with such terrible pain that suicide almost seems a viable option (this how bad mine can get) 😱😱😱. Hopefully, I have added to your arsenal. I have irregular periods but they are pain Free. I don't have any other symptoms of low estrogen levels that you mentioned in your description. Hola, para las que preguntan si esto devuelve la menstruación en la menopausia, pues si, yo lo estoy usando hace una semana , esta 2 veces día y la de reversión a menopausia 3 veces y volvió mi periodo después de 2 años de no tenerlo más, así que supongo se vuelve a ser fértil.
En mi caso eso no me preocupa ya que tengo ligadura y no tengo pareja, pero las que tienen pareja y no quieran embarazos , a cuidarse.
Supongo son geniales para las que tienen menstruación irregular y quieren hijos.

I have irregular periods but they are pain Free. I don't have any other symptoms of low estrogen levels that you mentioned in your description. Instead, I'm too underdeveloped for a woman in her 20's and I have lots of body and facial hair, wich are symptoms of low estrogen/too much tedtosterone.
