Are there maps of what areas have been checked for survivors? Are bodies being ignored or removed? Is FEMA really shut down for the weekend and only working 9 to 5?
What I've heard on several 'lives' is the heavy helicopters are less useful (landing areas at this point) in that type of terrain but the smaller one are being used a lot! ... mules are being used in some areas to haul in supplies ... I haven't heard about the rest. But I'm sure you've heard the same as me .... perhaps your questions were rhetorical - for the officials.
A lot of heavy equipment rentals are still being contracted out to finish construction projects elsewhere in surrounding states , doing non-storm related jobs that were contract jobs long ago. Same with dump truck fleets. Expect there to be a huge shortage of dump trucks too, for a while.

The only way North Carolina is going to get help is by changing there name to Ukraine.
Their congressmen voted to shut down FEMA and the government

The sad thing besides the loss of loved ones, is the fact that insurance companies won’t pay out on a majority of those who lost their homes leaving them displaced. I have seen hundreds of these claims being voiced by home owners. It breaks my heart to see them crying about how bad it is and then have to hear they can’t rebuild because of loopholes in claims the insurance companies magically find to not foot their end of a deal.
Did they purchase flood insurance and make sure their policies covered situations like this? Are you against the Capitalist idea of maximized profits?
@@popweaselcrunch the question you ask comes off as completely of the reservation. Of course these people had flood insurance. What would be the point of them crying about how they are getting shafted for something they paid for. Capitalism has its up and its down! People that have paid for the protection of their homes that didn’t receive it via a legitimate contract. This has absolutely nothing to do with capitalism, but home protection which many have none of at this point because of greed. Does that clear it up enough for you!
If the people who came into this country want to show that they really want to be a part of our country how about going to hurricane areas and help with clean up when they can, it might help with relationships between groups?

Are there maps of what areas have been checked for survivors? Are bodies being ignored or removed? Is FEMA really shut down for the weekend and only working 9 to 5?
There No Money For Fema
Im sure everyones priority is to make sure you know everything about what's going on. Do you have your direct line to all government and civilian heads to keep you informed? Where are you? Why isn't a patriot like yourself down there? What's the square acreage of the disaster zone? How did 600k tonnes of supplies and materials move into the state? Why did Trump and republicans defund FEMA? Why would republicans want to shut down the government during hurricane season?
@popweaselcrunch Why Isn't There Enough Money For Fema And You Probably Just Answered Your Questions Why Trump Defund Fema Look Where The Money Went Ukraine illegal Immigrants But Not Real Americans What $750 Is Good Enough Per Person These People Lost Loved Ones There Homes There Personal Values $750 Would Only Last About Not even A Week

She's the highest paid mayor in all of NC. (Including Charlotte and Raliegh.) Buncombe county has the highest tax rate, and she is always in favor of raising her salary and taxes. Duke energytax hikes and not even a grumble from her. But Asheville is so scared to have a Republican in there they just let her sh*t the bed all the time.
What’s the story with cloud seeding against the wall of the hurricane?
No story. MTG was just bored with space lasers and invented another conspiracy theory to fill in her time. As there is nothing useful she could do in Georgia, which the hurricane completely missed

Why were 1000 Tennessee national guard deployed AFTER this storm?? So they wouldn’t be there to help.
Exactly!
Um, the guard is always sending activated service members overseas. It part of a deployment schedule. There are over 6000 active personnel in North Carolina right now that have moved over 600k tonnes of supplies and materials in. Your not American are you?

@@distanceismyplastercast That's all the blue state politicians ever worry about.
Why isn't the National gaurd on the ground, clearing debris and making temp roads amd bridges? Totally unacceptable!!!
Well, TN's Nat'l Guard was deployed 2 days after the storm hit ... you know - they were needed in Kuwait more than at home.
They are. Its a massive amount of devastation. This isn't a movie where it a couple of days everything is fine and people are rebuilding. In the real world this will take months to years over multiple areas. What's unacceptable is how the Trump admin diverted money away from FEMA funding and the MAGA qult crying about FEMA after they weakend it.😂
Hey, it's you again. There are over 6000k active Guard in NC right now. The Guard has a scheduled active deployment rotation to go overseas, constantly. This is not new. That's why the National Giards of other states went active and sent to NC.

Why is that her fault? Many people on the streets choose to be homeless. Homeless people can put an end to their own homelessness by getting a job and a place to live.
