In Jan/Feb area temps are normally in the mid 50's-60's most days. They might get down closer to 30's during the night, but then in the day they warm up nicely.

In sc an owner pays 6 % property tax on the value of the vehicle. They don’t do safety inspection and you don’t pay 40 dollars to register. You pay a tax.

Is the vehicle tax the same as registration in New Jersey?
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with NJ vehicles. Here you pay the tax/registration annually to get the new sticker for your license plate.
