I wonder if Billy had managed to copyright the term ‘warhorse’ in relation to footballers if he’d be sitting on a few bob now. Certainly, whenever my friends and I are talking about old ‘warhorse’ strikers in the 70s/80s Whitehurst and Mick Harford’s names come up a lot.
