It's is called Suparinpei in Okinawa karate. Which originated as how Chinese Hokkien pronounce one hundred eight (108). 108 being critical points involved in that development exercise they call 'Bunkai'. It's actually White Crane style (baihe in mandarin). You can actually youtube that, and check out how it's done(by South Chinese[aka Real] /hongkongers/Taiwanese) and compare. Seems to make more sense from different angles.
Oh yeah...this kata is really important. In ways you merely can't understand. I mean....look at that bullshit play-tag event they added. Should rather do Epee or something. Touch and go...touch and go.
Not all kata's are symmetric. Most new student's are told that they should start and end in the same place because for a long time they will only be learning those basic symmetrical kata (and they need to be reminded to take uniform steps every time). But rest assured, this isn't a "rule" in any way.
Admiro esse karateka (Damian Quintero). Nota 10 para seu Katá (Suparinpei).
BEAUTIFUL Kata 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️🙌🏻👌🏼
This version of suparinpei is better than other version titled "shotokan" version. Both are great katas but I prefer the original way.
Shotokan nemá kata Supparinpei, Shito-ryu áno
@@mariankostolny7321he was refering to Hyakuhachiho kata from Shotokan JKS.
I want to be like damian quintero for Suparinpei tp place his feet

@@ranidupathmasinghe9909ahh is that it.
@@ranidupathmasinghe9909actually it is Goju-Ryu Suparinpei. Shito-Ryu one is very different.

In competition
Players used AKA(red belt) or AO(Blue belt )
Nice bro am a black belt

This sub-style of karate is total rubbish, and is quite lazy in its techniques. Nothing beats JKA.
What is jka?

The whole point of kata is to finish in the same spot as where it first started. Fail.
Oh is it a fail? 😂
Ok lets see how you do it
