I’m getting braces soon, I got out of it, I was supposed to get them on, on April 14th but I got out of it from the Corona Virus. Please tell meh does it hurt??

Kelly Bananas I got braces and I was also very scared if they were gonna hurt aswell since I can only say from experience of getting the top brace on a good few months before the bottom one when I came out of the dentist after getting the top brace they just felt tight on my teeth but no pain towards the end of the first day having them it did get a bit sore and then they next full day of having them I found it kinda hard to eat since it was sore but this was only having the top brace on it is different for some people but it took about probably a week or two for the pain to fully go away but don’t worry the pain isn’t excruciating hope it all goes ok xx
Kelly Bananas after about a week you get used to it. It’s really sore for a little while, but it only lasts a little bit and then it’s all fine. I still chew gum and eat s’mores and basically do everything they tell me not to. It’s not too bad
Kelly Bananas, I have braces and like everyone else here has said but I thought I’d share my opinion because why not. So mine hurt for the first week I had them. Protein shakes and smoothies were a must have for me. Also a great excuse to eat ice cream! After the first week they become normal. Pretty sure I have broken every rule they set. When eating the food they say not to just be care full and just stop if something doesn’t feel right. Good Luck and Thank you got coming to my TedTalk.

In high school my friend and I decided to camp out in her backyard. We very well couldn’t make a fire without getting in trouble, so we tried to make s’mores by roasting marshmallows with a lighter. It was not smart, convenient, or tasty, would not recommend.
