Hi Majid, sorry for seeing this comment 4 months too late, but I am only now working with Chimera and came across the same problem. I figured it out! In order to move a label, you must go on Favourites --> Preferences --> select "Mouse" in the "Category" button at the top. You will now be able to select a mouse setting of your liking, for label dragging. Hope this helps someone! xx
Hi there, once I give it a command like yours and then start changing the colour, it changes the colour of the whole protein rather than the selected items in the command. What do you make of that? how should I resolve it? thanks in advance.
Mine is an alphafold predicted model. From the very start, my image just looks much less of a quality than yours. I have added "full" lighting and it still looks poor.
