Thats almost exactly pork laulau from hawaii. We just use kalo leaves to wrap the pork which end up cooking and getting mushy and on the outside of that ti leaves to hold in moisture

It's fine once it's heated (but high heat, past 300°F), but be aware that you can give yourself violent GI issues if you consume excess oxalic acid.

Sugar is unhealthy but a very big part of the world population needs it due to certain medical conditions that require sugar to raise or lower blood sugar or such, while some people can die from simply eating lettuce wich is seen as very healthy. You can live on the keto diet and be healthy and you can avoid all meat and be somewhat healthy.

Guga please try to make a paste out of eggplant, first grill the eggplant make sure the eggplant skin is burned then blender it then add your spices. When the paste is made cover/ put it in steaks and fridge it for an hour then grill it.
