I started playing again on xbox after not playing for 5 years he has been playing months before non stop and after grinding out I pulled ahead of him for both speed at getting what I wanted (mk 2 within a month) and rp level I’ve already passed his starting 50 and now 70 by miles

DO NOT SELL IN A SOLO LOBBY always sell in a lobby with atleast 1 other(can also be a friend, but can NOT be in your CEO) so the enemy NPCs wont spawn when selling.

Another good way to sell ur vehicle without any NPC's trying to kill you is just to drive ur car up a few blocks and then park it somewhere safe like a dirt patch, then get out and take cover nearby, and wait for NPC's to spawn. There will be about 3-4 waves of them with 2 vehicles in each wave, but once u kill all of them (which is relatively easy), you can just drive ur vehicle without having to worry about NPC's anymore. Remember, they're going for you, not your vehicle.
It’s not that easy for me I die every 2 waves because they are in karuma’s they go 80 mph and go past my face and it’s pretty annoying but I get the job done
Yeah same, I'm new and I just go into public lobbies sometimes and try to find peaceful grinders like me looking for a helping hand or freinds and add them. Then we all join an empty lobby and the grinding begins!
Never sell in a solo session Sell in a session where there is atleast 1 CEO that is not from your organization so there will be no enemies when selling
A good tip I figured out: When sourcing a vehicle and NPC helicopters spawn, try to take out only the gunners but leave the pilots. The helis will be harmless and will follow you around, preventing another wave of NPCs from spawning. However if you drive too fast you will lose the heli's and a new wave could spawn. Another tip is to park the source vehicle somewhere safe and take out 4 waves of enemies. After 4 you shouldn't be bothered anymore.
As well as that if you have a hiest setup at the apartment you can fast travel at anytime to the apartment without lagging out. I always used to have my facility near my biker businesses and my CEO near my apartment so I can fast travel to both at anytime.
yo bro , you can add that : about the cars that spawn in the middle of the sale and start to shoot you , there is 2-4 waves of enemies who go after you(not after the car), so you can leave the car in thier spawn point and fight the 2-4 waves (each wave have 2 cars with 2 people inside) and after max of 4 waves(8 enemies cars) you actully can go to the sale point realy easy and your car will stay on the 100k :)
It’s nice backs you can glitch the heist to where you never have to do setup again. Do the normal setup for the first time around, give your friend 85 percent of cash and u 15, the after you complete heist when you see the cutscene at the end. Cut off your internet and turn it back on or close application. Your friend will get around 1.5 million and you will get nothing. But the game will think you didn’t compete it so you won’t have to do setup again. Next time around have your friend get 15 and you 85. But make sure they setup the heist and they close app so you will get 1.5 mil
The gunlocker is actually really useful because you can store your weapons in there that you don't need so you don't have to scroll through 10 different weapons in the middle of a gunfight trying to get to one specific weapon

Fighting the waves of NPCs is just a huge waste of time. And time is money. What I do is very simple. I bought the warehouse in La Mesa (the same as the one showed in the video). When I sell a vehicle, I always take the same path by crossing the bridge. The first wave of NPCs ALWAYS spawns by the end of the bridge. I use the sidewalk to dodge them at full speed. I do receive a few damage but just for around 1k. After that, they are too slow to catch me. Once I lost the first wave I keep an eye on my radar in order to see where the following waves will spawn and I completely dodge them so they can't even shoot a single bullet at me. So if I don't mess with my driving, I loose only 1k, which is peanuts compared to the money I can make during the time I would need to kill all the NPCs. And for the Roosevelt, which is too slow to loose the NPCs quickly? Very simple. NEVER SELL THE ROOSEVELT. This car is trash. Even without NPCs, driving this car to the buyer takes ages. Don't sell it with the Cargobob either. Because you'll have to SOURCE another F***G GARBAGE of Roosevelt later. Once you have the Roosevelt, keep it in your warehouse. You'll make much more money on a long term basis with the other cars.

as a gta5 player who's been playing gta for years and knows just about everything about it, it's nice to get some advice on the business and how it works I found myself trying out what people are saying and taking the advice aswell so thank you!!
One thing to take note of is that if you glitch into a solo-public lobby, npcs will spawn, there will be 4 waves of 2 with extremely good aim. If you are selling in a solo public lobby I would recommend leaving the car and killing them off since they only attack you, not the vehicle
Thanks for sharing this. GTA V online sometimes feels like an airline company. You buy something, only to discover later you need to buy something else before you can even use the first thing you bought. SPent close to 1.4m yesterday on an office and i wanted to start doing vehicle cargo tonight. Now when i see your movie, i discover i need to buy a warehouse first for lots of money. Geez, now i have to grind another week and a half again! This is obviously a game thing, i appreciate you showing me.
Exporting vehicle cargo was my main source of income and it was great. However, from experience I can say that selling in populated lobbies and solo public lobbies have their own pros and cons. For the solo public lobbies, the pro is that no players will attack you since its just you ( or with friends). But that's the thing. I'm not sure about anyone else, but when there arent any players intervening your sale, the NPC's will. What I've experienced is 2 cars of NPC's tryna kill me, inevitably damaging the car, and after dealing with them, 2 more cars of NPC's will spawn to intervene with your sale., and this goes on until the car has been driven to the sell destination. For populated lobbies, Im quite sure the con is obvious being the fact that people are LIKELY to destroy ur car. But the pro is that if you're in a peaceful lobby or just using ghost org, no NPC's spawn and damage the car, allowing you to sell the car scratch-free and get the full profit. Again this from my experience grinding the export cargo to give peeps a heads up and which of the 2 ways is deemed better, thats entirely up to the player :D
In my experience now in a solo lobby you can just park the car as soon as the enemies show up, there will be a few waves but they do stop showing up once you've killed each wave. They do go for you and not the car, so you can finish them off while taking zero damage to the car if you're quick and careful. Then you can just carefully drive the car stress-free (except for insane GTA NPCs who forgot how to drive pulling out in front of you) to the destination.

If your a solo player and have the La Mesa warehouse, here is how you can get PERFECT exports. When you exit out of your warehouse, take a right turn, and another right turn, after that take a left, and turn to the right. After that, slow down and look to your right, there should be a little construction site. Turn and park your car there. The NPC’s will spawn IMMEDIATELY and try to shoot you, but you have enough time to park your car so it won’t get damaged. The NPC’s are not going for the car, they’re going for you. Never let the NPC’s get inside the construction site, they might shoot your car so kill them quickly. The NPC’s will respawn, there are 3 to 4 waves in total. Now once you kill all of them, it’s now up to you to deliver the car to the buyer. Just don’t damage your car on the way there. Use your cargobob as TGG mentioned.

I would also recomend keeping the Roosevelt Valor when you source it; it’s a top range car but it’s super annoying to sell and really slow, so keep this one just like the standard and mid range cars (you can also do this with any vehicle you personally don’t like)
I've been doing this for a few weeks. I filled the warehouse to 32 cars. Then when you sell a Top Range, your next Source mission will be the same Top Range car you just sold. Rinse and repeat. I've been fortunate enough that after grinding it for a week or 2, R* dropped Double $ on Vehicle Sell missions. It's definitely one of the best grinds. Even without the cargobob, it's just a bit longer. If you play GTAO & you haven't got a Vehicle Warehouse business you need to get one ASAP. I hadn't played GTAO for over 5 years until a little over a month ago. Started back at lvl 25 with no cash just a car and a bunker. Grinded the bunker for cash and did whatever Double $ & RP was on at the time. Eventually bought the CEO office and Warehouse. Grinded TF outta that as well as the bunker. Got enough to buy the Kosatka to start Cayo Perico. I do the Vehicles, Bunker & Double RP & $ events everyday. I aim to hit Cayo Perico 4-5 times a week. I haven't even touch MC businesses and I now own almost all the major stuff to own... minus a jet(I'm a trash pilot) lol. I'm completely self sufficient and approaching level 100 all in less than 2 months. I'm thinking about doing the MC business next or the nightclub business. Would 100% recommend this guide even in 2021!
@SomeWeeb5000 Can't remember exactly but it was definitely over 10-15 mill on a good week. Cayo is the key but I had the Vehicle Cargo and Bunker just to bump it up that extra 200-300k every hour or so on top of Cayo. I'd hit 1.8-2mill per hour and I only play a few hours a night. Do a Cayo and as many Vehicle Source and Sell and Bunker Sells as you can in a night and then set up a Cayo ready for the next night and do an extra Vehicle Sell or see if your Bunker has filled enough to sell. It's pretty basic and repetitive but very effective. If you get bored of that after doing it for a while... Play the Double or Triple $ & RP events to take a break and you'll still be earning something until you're ready to go back to your grind.
If you don’t want to pay any money for the repairs go to the casino turn all your money to chips and when you bring a car in the mechanic doesn’t make you pay.
I think it’s 240k per hour casino heist gets you around 1Mill to 2Mill every 2 hours assuming your teammate gets 25% let’s hope Tomorrow it’s vehicle cargo Bonus’s

New GTA Player here: After learning about all the different businesses.. The CEO and vehicle warehouse business personally sounds the most enjoyable business gameplay in my opinion!
My simple vehicle warehouse strategy (SELL ONLY TOP RANGE VEHICLES. At a point you'll be only sourcing top range vehicles) 1.Sell top range vehicle, then you'll have a 20 min cooldown. Profit 80k 2. Start a sightseer or headhunter with a buzzard or deluxo or oppressor. Profit 21k+ 3. Source a top range vehicle. Profit -3k 4. The entire cycle will take around 20 mins and profit will be around 100k 5. Repeat the cycle and you'll have around 300k profit within an hour Make sure to find a small lobby, if you find a empty lobby invite atleast a single person from friend list. If you deliver vehicles in solo public lobby, npcs will cause massive damages to your car
Task manager---> performance---> open source monitor---> network---> GTA5.exe---> right click on it---> suspend process (I'm not sure if it's called like that)---> you wait 10-15 secs---> right click on it again---> resume process. Sorry for my bad english hahahah

Personally I find I get more money per hour from Cargo rather than Vehicle, even with only selling top range vehicles because it's so slow by doing the challenge it gives you and losing the cops, and by that point I usually have to pay a couple thousand to store it, then when going to sell it NPC's drive crazy usually losing a couple more thousand, so I lose 20k from paying for upgrades and then about 5-10k from crashing and being crashed into. Yes, it's the best business to do solo and start off with to get your first couple MC businesses but then if youre solo once you've got the money and have a MK II and a Terrorbyte, personally I just source Cargo back to back for two warehouses with the help of the MK II

Another tip for anyone buying businesses, say you do want the most expensive office, buy the cheapest one for now then wait until there's a sale on that business and you'll actually get money toward it from your last location, like I originally had maze bank west starting out, then when I had tons of money and alot of what I wanted, office's went on sale, I got maze bank tower for like 1.6 million and the interiors and stuff where on sale aswell so I got the same interior I had in my other one (old spice warm) and in total it mighta been like 2.2 million but I got like 800k back from my old office, whatever garage space you have Automatically transfers over so you don't have to purchase the actual garages again and all your cars will move over aswell bit I can't remember if I had buy the cosmetic upgrades again but even if I did they were discounted
7:57 That’s why I do a crew only lobby so No one interferes with my grind. That is my biggest conniption with the GTA Online public lobbies. Just because it’s GTA Online, it doesn’t mean you have to waste me.
Something people should know before trying this business out is if you are in a server with another CEO or multiple CEOs no NPC's will go after you and try and kill you but if you are for example in an empty server after you start driving the car exactly 8 cars with NPC's in them will go after you and try and kill you. If you don't get out of your car and fight back and just try to drive away they will catch up to you and do some pretty serious damage to your car before you can sell it which can reduce the amount you get by a lot. What I would recommend is for you to drive a little bit and when you see them on your mini map get of your car, find some cover and kill all the NPC's. They spawn two cars at a time, for 4 times before they stop spawning. The number of cars that spawn and the number of times that they spawn is the same every time you sell and never changes. They always come in a blue race car. It's pretty easy to destroy them if you do decide to fight back and if you get out of your car at before they start shooting at you, you can sell the car for exactly 100K. After you kill them just drive safely to the seller without crushing into stuff plus you got a pretty reasonable timer on you so if you kill the NPC's quickly you can easily drive slowly and safely to the seller without worrying about the timer.
A pretty good strategy is to glitch into empty servers, to do that just a watch video on how to do it and sell your cars without people killing you with jets and shit
The Cargobob is also useful for many of the source missions. If you can get the car to where you can lift it you can fly it straight to the warehouse. The OP2 is a great tool for winning the race source missions, it counts as a ground vehicle but of course you will get there quicker in a straight line. What puts me off vehicle warehouse is that some of the source missions can take a long time, or it's impossible to collect a car undamaged. e.g. then someone is joyriding in the car with the Police after them. You're almost better off just destroying the car and starting a new source mission. Being a CEO business, if you have a Buzzard you can use that to help get around quicker, summoning from the CEO menu. That helps on source missions, or getting to and from the Cargobob. Also if you DO have a Cargobob, you can summon one from Pegasus, or if you stored one in your Hanger (if you have one of those) you can summon your personal one. Overall the more tools at your disposal you have the easier this gets. OP2, Cargobob, Buzzard, Terrobyte.
This is one of those cases where solo public lobby is worse, you get NPCs trying to stop you instead of other players and they ALWAYS attack and cost you more money..

Before I bought the cargobob, I ran the risk of trying to sell the items to the destination, when rival gangs would shoot my car up to shit, And I wasn’t able to earn full profit because the tires were shot out, and I could barely drive the car to get it to the buyer. Lesson learned, profit earned.

I’ve got it and it’s really good I’d advise to do the rule of 32(10 standard 10mid) so you get only high range and then just supply it up and sell the high range cars. When supplying and you get a high end car after you sell it you’ll have a 10 min cool down where you can supply even more vehicles but TGG has really good guides
Yeah, the whole never-sell-a-standard-or-mid-range-vehicle doesn't seem to work anymore as a viable trick. I have, to this day, never ever sold anything but top range vehicles (mainly because I learned about this trick early on), and lately, it seems that despite this, I am getting standard and mid ranges thrown into the mix whenever I source a new vehicle regardless if I only sell top ranges and I already have a filled standard and mid range quota. I think the system has been changed so that you inevitably HAVE to sell the less valuable cars too, because Rockstar wants to force us to actually interact with them as well and not just let them sit in our warehouses collecting dust.
You obviously didnt fill up the standard and mid ranfe then, nothing changed, for me it works the same, just keep sourcing every vehicle but dont sell anything than top range

Dude that’s really terrible. It’s a shitty feeling to be alone but being abandoned is even worse. Just know that there are people like yourself who will be the real the boys for you one day and be loyal in return.
I have the most expensive one and it’s a really good location imo. You can park your car that your selling on a dirt patch by the freeway and take cover behind cover. There’s cover by a few buildings that can protect you from NPC’s. Just take them out and move along to sell your car. Just a few tips if anyone needs them.
But taking out the NPC's isn't worth the time. Time is money in GTA online. On a good sell run in a solo lobby, I will get less than $1000 damage to the car and I can do this most of the time. A bad run might be $3000-$4000 damage. The NPC's can be gamed so that only one set spawns
Sometimes when you’re selling a high end in a solo lobby there’ll be AI spawning at the bridge if there is quickly hop out and shoot them because only 3 waves spawn and it’ll save a lot of damage
If you have the warehouse shown in the video like me, always cross the bridge when you do your delivery mission. That way the first wave of NPCs will ALWAYS spawn by the end of the bridge. But DON'T STOP. Dodge them by using the sidewalk. They'll shoot just a bit at your car, you'll take only 1k of damage and after that you'll loose them. The reasons why I always cross the bridge are because I know how to dodge the first wave with minimal damage, and because there is a huge straight line after that where I can loose the NPCs easily. For the remaining waves, I just keep an eye on the radar and when they spawn on my path, I just take another street and they never shoot a single bullet at me. So if I don't mess with my driving, I loose 1k but I can earn much more money during the time I would have wasted if I had fought the NPCs. Of course this method doesn't work with the Roosevelt, which is way too slow, but the solution is extremely simple: I never sell the Roosevelt. This vehicle is way too slow, it takes ages to source it and to deliver it. So I earn much more money on a long term basis by never selling it.
There’s always a period of time where no one chases me when I’m selling a car. Then rock* gives you $1,000,000. Each month and a bunch of people are on their new oppressors to rocket your top range into flames...
A few tips -Do not sell the vehicles on solo lobbies, you need to at least have a rival CEO in your session, otherwise whenever you try to sell a car you'll be attacked by NPC's and will reduce the pay -A recent update made it possible to receive High Demand Bonus when selling vehicle cargo, so if you manage to sell your vehicle in a public session with a lot of players, there's a small chance of you getting even more money (You can even duplicate the profit if you are lucky enoug)
@@neverendingsex No no, it'll be the same amount of money, 35K if you sell a standard, 50K if you sell a mid range and 80K if you sell a top range By reduce pay, I meant that if you sell it on a solo lobby, multiple hostile NPC's will chase you down and will shoot at you and try to purposely crash at you so it'll decrease the amount of money you'll get. To avoid hostile NPC's from spawning there has to be at least another player signed as a CEO, basically a Rival organization
The gun locker is actually useful IMO, i don't have to scroll through 10 weapons in any given slot just to find the one i want to use the real reason not to get it with the office is that it's not exclusive; you get one by default in the Avenger, and you also get one included with the living quarters of the arcade
Note: tgg didn't mention cooldowns you have between each sale and also if you fail a source mission you also have a cooldown to negate that i suggest combining i/e with client jobs and vip work so basically here's how it works first you sell a car (source one first if you don't have one then sell it) and then you have a cooldown for about 20 minutes after selling at that time you can run diamond shopping then headhunter then another client job of your'e choice then headhunter again and then you should be good to sell you make about 910,000 per hour with this method and it's the best solo money making guide hope i helped😊
You can always invest in a bunker as a first business. It doesn't earn as much as export missions but it's definitely safer (passive income, less risk of dying). If you don't want to mess with other people trust me on this one.
Is it just me or trying to return with a Top Range got much more difficult especially when doing it solo? The NPCs in helicopters and cars are really aggressive now to the point where you can die repeatedly.

If you want a solo public lobby on PS4 do these steps. Go to network>Custom>Choose everything as recommended besides MTU and change it to 850. Your welcome ;)
Definitely the Cayo Perico heist. The vehicle warehouse gives you approximately 250k per hour while the cayo perico heist is around 1,1-1,8 million per hour
gun locker is not useless at all, man. for those of us that try to make the game a little more realistic and only use pistols and grenades, it's great. you have those powerful weapons in your interaction menu if needed (to defend from try hards and griefers). I think it's a great feature. I hate having my weapon wheel crowded.
Bit of a tip always fly to car that your sourcing then if you know for certain your not going to get harrassed go the shortest route , but if you know your going to get harrassed , ghost your org.hope this helped

DO NOT SELL IN A SOLO LOBBY always sell in a lobby with atleast 1 other(can also be a friend, but can NOT be in your CEO) so the enemy NPCs wont spawn when selling.

Another good way to sell ur vehicle without any NPC's trying to kill you is just to drive ur car up a few blocks and then park it somewhere safe like a dirt patch, then get out and take cover nearby, and wait for NPC's to spawn. There will be about 3-4 waves of them with 2 vehicles in each wave, but once u kill all of them (which is relatively easy), you can just drive ur vehicle without having to worry about NPC's anymore. Remember, they're going for you, not your vehicle.
It’s not that easy for me I die every 2 waves because they are in karuma’s they go 80 mph and go past my face and it’s pretty annoying but I get the job done

A good tip I figured out: When sourcing a vehicle and NPC helicopters spawn, try to take out only the gunners but leave the pilots. The helis will be harmless and will follow you around, preventing another wave of NPCs from spawning. However if you drive too fast you will lose the heli's and a new wave could spawn.
Another tip is to park the source vehicle somewhere safe and take out 4 waves of enemies. After 4 you shouldn't be bothered anymore.

I always used to have my facility near my biker businesses and my CEO near my apartment so I can fast travel to both at anytime.

yo bro , you can add that : about the cars that spawn in the middle of the sale and start to shoot you , there is 2-4 waves of enemies who go after you(not after the car), so you can leave the car in thier spawn point and fight the 2-4 waves (each wave have 2 cars with 2 people inside) and after max of 4 waves(8 enemies cars) you actully can go to the sale point realy easy and your car will stay on the 100k :)

It’s nice backs you can glitch the heist to where you never have to do setup again. Do the normal setup for the first time around, give your friend 85 percent of cash and u 15, the after you complete heist when you see the cutscene at the end. Cut off your internet and turn it back on or close application. Your friend will get around 1.5 million and you will get nothing. But the game will think you didn’t compete it so you won’t have to do setup again. Next time around have your friend get 15 and you 85. But make sure they setup the heist and they close app so you will get 1.5 mil
The difference is I have done Cayo Perico 7 times and it’s boring asf where I have sourced 41 vehicles in 3 days and have had fun.
And now the agency and auto shop that allow you to play in invite only are my favs.

The gunlocker is actually really useful because you can store your weapons in there that you don't need so you don't have to scroll through 10 different weapons in the middle of a gunfight trying to get to one specific weapon

1.) When selling in an empty lobby, to avoid getting the vehicle shot at by NPCs, get out of the car, move away from the car, and kill all enemy's, at max there will be 4 waves of enemy's

For me the enemy NPCs only spawn when I'm in the car and I lose 500 euro when i have to spawn the first wave
Fighting the waves of NPCs is just a huge waste of time. And time is money. What I do is very simple. I bought the warehouse in La Mesa (the same as the one showed in the video). When I sell a vehicle, I always take the same path by crossing the bridge. The first wave of NPCs ALWAYS spawns by the end of the bridge. I use the sidewalk to dodge them at full speed. I do receive a few damage but just for around 1k. After that, they are too slow to catch me. Once I lost the first wave I keep an eye on my radar in order to see where the following waves will spawn and I completely dodge them so they can't even shoot a single bullet at me. So if I don't mess with my driving, I loose only 1k, which is peanuts compared to the money I can make during the time I would need to kill all the NPCs. And for the Roosevelt, which is too slow to loose the NPCs quickly? Very simple. NEVER SELL THE ROOSEVELT. This car is trash. Even without NPCs, driving this car to the buyer takes ages. Don't sell it with the Cargobob either. Because you'll have to SOURCE another F***G GARBAGE of Roosevelt later. Once you have the Roosevelt, keep it in your warehouse. You'll make much more money on a long term basis with the other cars.

One thing to take note of is that if you glitch into a solo-public lobby, npcs will spawn, there will be 4 waves of 2 with extremely good aim. If you are selling in a solo public lobby I would recommend leaving the car and killing them off since they only attack you, not the vehicle

Exporting vehicle cargo was my main source of income and it was great. However, from experience I can say that selling in populated lobbies and solo public lobbies have their own pros and cons. For the solo public lobbies, the pro is that no players will attack you since its just you ( or with friends). But that's the thing. I'm not sure about anyone else, but when there arent any players intervening your sale, the NPC's will. What I've experienced is 2 cars of NPC's tryna kill me, inevitably damaging the car, and after dealing with them, 2 more cars of NPC's will spawn to intervene with your sale., and this goes on until the car has been driven to the sell destination.
For populated lobbies, Im quite sure the con is obvious being the fact that people are LIKELY to destroy ur car. But the pro is that if you're in a peaceful lobby or just using ghost org, no NPC's spawn and damage the car, allowing you to sell the car scratch-free and get the full profit. Again this from my experience grinding the export cargo to give peeps a heads up and which of the 2 ways is deemed better, thats entirely up to the player :D
In my experience now in a solo lobby you can just park the car as soon as the enemies show up, there will be a few waves but they do stop showing up once you've killed each wave. They do go for you and not the car, so you can finish them off while taking zero damage to the car if you're quick and careful. Then you can just carefully drive the car stress-free (except for insane GTA NPCs who forgot how to drive pulling out in front of you) to the destination.

If your a solo player and have the La Mesa warehouse, here is how you can get PERFECT exports. When you exit out of your warehouse, take a right turn, and another right turn, after that take a left, and turn to the right. After that, slow down and look to your right, there should be a little construction site. Turn and park your car there. The NPC’s will spawn IMMEDIATELY and try to shoot you, but you have enough time to park your car so it won’t get damaged. The NPC’s are not going for the car, they’re going for you. Never let the NPC’s get inside the construction site, they might shoot your car so kill them quickly. The NPC’s will respawn, there are 3 to 4 waves in total. Now once you kill all of them, it’s now up to you to deliver the car to the buyer. Just don’t damage your car on the way there. Use your cargobob as TGG mentioned.

I would also recomend keeping the Roosevelt Valor when you source it; it’s a top range car but it’s super annoying to sell and really slow, so keep this one just like the standard and mid range cars (you can also do this with any vehicle you personally don’t like)

I've been doing this for a few weeks. I filled the warehouse to 32 cars. Then when you sell a Top Range, your next Source mission will be the same Top Range car you just sold. Rinse and repeat. I've been fortunate enough that after grinding it for a week or 2, R* dropped Double $ on Vehicle Sell missions. It's definitely one of the best grinds. Even without the cargobob, it's just a bit longer. If you play GTAO & you haven't got a Vehicle Warehouse business you need to get one ASAP. I hadn't played GTAO for over 5 years until a little over a month ago. Started back at lvl 25 with no cash just a car and a bunker. Grinded the bunker for cash and did whatever Double $ & RP was on at the time. Eventually bought the CEO office and Warehouse. Grinded TF outta that as well as the bunker. Got enough to buy the Kosatka to start Cayo Perico. I do the Vehicles, Bunker & Double RP & $ events everyday. I aim to hit Cayo Perico 4-5 times a week. I haven't even touch MC businesses and I now own almost all the major stuff to own... minus a jet(I'm a trash pilot) lol. I'm completely self sufficient and approaching level 100 all in less than 2 months. I'm thinking about doing the MC business next or the nightclub business. Would 100% recommend this guide even in 2021!

@SomeWeeb5000 Can't remember exactly but it was definitely over 10-15 mill on a good week. Cayo is the key but I had the Vehicle Cargo and Bunker just to bump it up that extra 200-300k every hour or so on top of Cayo. I'd hit 1.8-2mill per hour and I only play a few hours a night. Do a Cayo and as many Vehicle Source and Sell and Bunker Sells as you can in a night and then set up a Cayo ready for the next night and do an extra Vehicle Sell or see if your Bunker has filled enough to sell. It's pretty basic and repetitive but very effective. If you get bored of that after doing it for a while... Play the Double or Triple $ & RP events to take a break and you'll still be earning something until you're ready to go back to your grind.

The CEO and vehicle warehouse business personally sounds the most enjoyable business gameplay in my opinion!
My simple vehicle warehouse strategy (SELL ONLY TOP RANGE VEHICLES. At a point you'll be only sourcing top range vehicles)
1.Sell top range vehicle, then you'll have a 20 min cooldown. Profit 80k
2. Start a sightseer or headhunter with a buzzard or deluxo or oppressor. Profit 21k+
3. Source a top range vehicle. Profit -3k
4. The entire cycle will take around 20 mins and profit will be around 100k
5. Repeat the cycle and you'll have around 300k profit within an hour
Make sure to find a small lobby, if you find a empty lobby invite atleast a single person from friend list. If you deliver vehicles in solo public lobby, npcs will cause massive damages to your car
Here's another tip incase you wanna do this in a solo public drive to somewhere secure an get out the car and kill the ai enemys should be 4 waves
Task manager---> performance---> open source monitor---> network---> GTA5.exe---> right click on it---> suspend process (I'm not sure if it's called like that)---> you wait 10-15 secs---> right click on it again---> resume process. Sorry for my bad english hahahah

Personally I find I get more money per hour from Cargo rather than Vehicle, even with only selling top range vehicles because it's so slow by doing the challenge it gives you and losing the cops, and by that point I usually have to pay a couple thousand to store it, then when going to sell it NPC's drive crazy usually losing a couple more thousand, so I lose 20k from paying for upgrades and then about 5-10k from crashing and being crashed into. Yes, it's the best business to do solo and start off with to get your first couple MC businesses but then if youre solo once you've got the money and have a MK II and a Terrorbyte, personally I just source Cargo back to back for two warehouses with the help of the MK II
I find it easier to do this in public lobbies since other players tend to stick to themselves or pick on others besides me lol

Another tip for anyone buying businesses, say you do want the most expensive office, buy the cheapest one for now then wait until there's a sale on that business and you'll actually get money toward it from your last location, like I originally had maze bank west starting out, then when I had tons of money and alot of what I wanted, office's went on sale, I got maze bank tower for like 1.6 million and the interiors and stuff where on sale aswell so I got the same interior I had in my other one (old spice warm) and in total it mighta been like 2.2 million but I got like 800k back from my old office, whatever garage space you have Automatically transfers over so you don't have to purchase the actual garages again and all your cars will move over aswell bit I can't remember if I had buy the cosmetic upgrades again but even if I did they were discounted
7:57 That’s why I do a crew only lobby so No one interferes with my grind. That is my biggest conniption with the GTA Online public lobbies. Just because it’s GTA Online, it doesn’t mean you have to waste me.
Something people should know before trying this business out is if you are in a server with another CEO or multiple CEOs no NPC's will go after you and try and kill you but if you are for example in an empty server after you start driving the car exactly 8 cars with NPC's in them will go after you and try and kill you. If you don't get out of your car and fight back and just try to drive away they will catch up to you and do some pretty serious damage to your car before you can sell it which can reduce the amount you get by a lot. What I would recommend is for you to drive a little bit and when you see them on your mini map get of your car, find some cover and kill all the NPC's. They spawn two cars at a time, for 4 times before they stop spawning. The number of cars that spawn and the number of times that they spawn is the same every time you sell and never changes. They always come in a blue race car. It's pretty easy to destroy them if you do decide to fight back and if you get out of your car at before they start shooting at you, you can sell the car for exactly 100K. After you kill them just drive safely to the seller without crushing into stuff plus you got a pretty reasonable timer on you so if you kill the NPC's quickly you can easily drive slowly and safely to the seller without worrying about the timer.
A pretty good strategy is to glitch into empty servers, to do that just a watch video on how to do it and sell your cars without people killing you with jets and shit

The Cargobob is also useful for many of the source missions. If you can get the car to where you can lift it you can fly it straight to the warehouse. The OP2 is a great tool for winning the race source missions, it counts as a ground vehicle but of course you will get there quicker in a straight line.
What puts me off vehicle warehouse is that some of the source missions can take a long time, or it's impossible to collect a car undamaged. e.g. then someone is joyriding in the car with the Police after them. You're almost better off just destroying the car and starting a new source mission.
Being a CEO business, if you have a Buzzard you can use that to help get around quicker, summoning from the CEO menu. That helps on source missions, or getting to and from the Cargobob.
Also if you DO have a Cargobob, you can summon one from Pegasus, or if you stored one in your Hanger (if you have one of those) you can summon your personal one.
Overall the more tools at your disposal you have the easier this gets. OP2, Cargobob, Buzzard, Terrobyte.

This is one of those cases where solo public lobby is worse, you get NPCs trying to stop you instead of other players and they ALWAYS attack and cost you more money..
While you wait on cool down I recommend doing a client job or vip work. Make some quick cash while you wait.

Before I bought the cargobob, I ran the risk of trying to sell the items to the destination, when rival gangs would shoot my car up to shit, And I wasn’t able to earn full profit because the tires were shot out, and I could barely drive the car to get it to the buyer. Lesson learned, profit earned.

I’ve got it and it’s really good I’d advise to do the rule of 32(10 standard 10mid) so you get only high range and then just supply it up and sell the high range cars. When supplying and you get a high end car after you sell it you’ll have a 10 min cool down where you can supply even more vehicles but TGG has really good guides
When selling a car drive for a bit then park it up and kill the waves of people coming after you to reduce the car damage

I have, to this day, never ever sold anything but top range vehicles (mainly because I learned about this trick early on), and lately, it seems that despite this, I am getting standard and mid ranges thrown into the mix whenever I source a new vehicle regardless if I only sell top ranges and I already have a filled standard and mid range quota. I think the system has been changed so that you inevitably HAVE to sell the less valuable cars too, because Rockstar wants to force us to actually interact with them as well and not just let them sit in our warehouses collecting dust.
I always get top range.
You obviously didnt fill up the standard and mid ranfe then, nothing changed, for me it works the same, just keep sourcing every vehicle but dont sell anything than top range

Dude that’s really terrible. It’s a shitty feeling to be alone but being abandoned is even worse. Just know that there are people like yourself who will be the real the boys for you one day and be loyal in return.
I have the most expensive one and it’s a really good location imo. You can park your car that your selling on a dirt patch by the freeway and take cover behind cover. There’s cover by a few buildings that can protect you from NPC’s. Just take them out and move along to sell your car. Just a few tips if anyone needs them.
But taking out the NPC's isn't worth the time. Time is money in GTA online. On a good sell run in a solo lobby, I will get less than $1000 damage to the car and I can do this most of the time. A bad run might be $3000-$4000 damage. The NPC's can be gamed so that only one set spawns

Sometimes when you’re selling a high end in a solo lobby there’ll be AI spawning at the bridge if there is quickly hop out and shoot them because only 3 waves spawn and it’ll save a lot of damage
If you have the warehouse shown in the video like me, always cross the bridge when you do your delivery mission. That way the first wave of NPCs will ALWAYS spawn by the end of the bridge. But DON'T STOP. Dodge them by using the sidewalk. They'll shoot just a bit at your car, you'll take only 1k of damage and after that you'll loose them. The reasons why I always cross the bridge are because I know how to dodge the first wave with minimal damage, and because there is a huge straight line after that where I can loose the NPCs easily. For the remaining waves, I just keep an eye on the radar and when they spawn on my path, I just take another street and they never shoot a single bullet at me. So if I don't mess with my driving, I loose 1k but I can earn much more money during the time I would have wasted if I had fought the NPCs. Of course this method doesn't work with the Roosevelt, which is way too slow, but the solution is extremely simple: I never sell the Roosevelt. This vehicle is way too slow, it takes ages to source it and to deliver it. So I earn much more money on a long term basis by never selling it.
There’s always a period of time where no one chases me when I’m selling a car. Then rock* gives you $1,000,000. Each month and a bunch of people are on their new oppressors to rocket your top range into flames...
A few tips
-Do not sell the vehicles on solo lobbies, you need to at least have a rival CEO in your session, otherwise whenever you try to sell a car you'll be attacked by NPC's and will reduce the pay
-A recent update made it possible to receive High Demand Bonus when selling vehicle cargo, so if you manage to sell your vehicle in a public session with a lot of players, there's a small chance of you getting even more money (You can even duplicate the profit if you are lucky enoug)

@@neverendingsex No no, it'll be the same amount of money, 35K if you sell a standard, 50K if you sell a mid range and 80K if you sell a top range
By reduce pay, I meant that if you sell it on a solo lobby, multiple hostile NPC's will chase you down and will shoot at you and try to purposely crash at you so it'll decrease the amount of money you'll get.
To avoid hostile NPC's from spawning there has to be at least another player signed as a CEO, basically a Rival organization

The gun locker is actually useful IMO, i don't have to scroll through 10 weapons in any given slot just to find the one i want to use
the real reason not to get it with the office is that it's not exclusive; you get one by default in the Avenger, and you also get one included with the living quarters of the arcade

Note: tgg didn't mention cooldowns you have between each sale and also if you fail a source mission you also have a cooldown to negate that i suggest combining i/e with client jobs and vip work so basically here's how it works first you sell a car (source one first if you don't have one then sell it) and then you have a cooldown for about 20 minutes after selling at that time you can run diamond shopping then headhunter then another client job of your'e choice then headhunter again and then you should be good to sell you make about 910,000 per hour with this method and it's the best solo money making guide hope i helped😊

You can always invest in a bunker as a first business. It doesn't earn as much as export missions but it's definitely safer (passive income, less risk of dying). If you don't want to mess with other people trust me on this one.

Is it just me or trying to return with a Top Range got much more difficult especially when doing it solo? The NPCs in helicopters and cars are really aggressive now to the point where you can die repeatedly.

If you want a solo public lobby on PS4 do these steps.
Go to network>Custom>Choose everything as recommended besides MTU and change it to 850.

Definitely the Cayo Perico heist. The vehicle warehouse gives you approximately 250k per hour while the cayo perico heist is around 1,1-1,8 million per hour

gun locker is not useless at all, man. for those of us that try to make the game a little more realistic and only use pistols and grenades, it's great. you have those powerful weapons in your interaction menu if needed (to defend from try hards and griefers). I think it's a great feature. I hate having my weapon wheel crowded.
Bit of a tip always fly to car that your sourcing then if you know for certain your not going to get harrassed go the shortest route , but if you know your going to get harrassed , ghost your org.hope this helped
