I bought a i7-4790 for 135.00 and than I installed a AMD Radeon R7 350x I bought used 2 years ago for 15.00 dollars and wifi adapter. And just bought a Xbox Series X controller with a USB type c cord to plug into my PC. And it was either build a gaming PC on a budget or buy a Xbox Series X console. Well it cost me 200 with a new Xbox Series X controller. And now I use my i7 to create my own video game through Unreal Engine. And I also create 3D model of building and mansions and vehicles I add in story mode before I place them into fiveM for sale. I also built my own fiveM community. But my Game I'm working on takes my time up

With the acid lab, this one mission that you’re showing footage from can be done quicker. You don’t need to get to the top of the car park, you can just shoot one of the undercover cars on the lower floors, get the wanted level, lose the cops, then deliver the acid to the other buyer. Saves you a good two or three minutes…

So when Mafia was announced at the beginning of the awards. There was no chance GTA 6 is ever going to be showing a trailer in any game awards. @yulian545 the garbabe truck ones where you have 5 things to drop off in each truck sometimes 3 of them, you have the when when your tripping out and so hard to drive and even then ones with multiple boats, planes, helicopters or bikes suck too there's other businesses that are a lot easier to run and quicker to make money
@@yulian545 Dodos are sucky slow as well. It is all about how much per hour you can get and both the post ops and dodo missions are just too damned slow. This is the goodness of them adding in the street dealers. The only MC ones I ever have to manually do are the fake cash and document forgery and those only from getting the free resupply free roam missions that pop up on occasion or from stash house clears. Otherwise just like the OP said they are mainly there for the NC passive.
11:36 they increased the cooldown for each autoshop contracts. From 30mins-1h now idk since when. But with the finales using personal flying/special vehicles. It’s impressive to do the finales much faster if you know what you’re doing correctly

I really like the Garment Factorty business, its been one of my all time favorites so far. I enjoy the missions a lot, and I think the building itself is cool to own.
If i was to start over, i made like 500 thousand selling a full thing of acid in a public lobby. At this point acid is what I'd tell any new players (if theres any at this point) to invest in immediately
And you can get it with all the upgrades for 750k total i believe. And if you complete all the last dose missions you get an ocelot virtue (3m+ value). Best beginner missions by far. A level 15 should have no problem doing them also
I have a set routine I guess is the word lol. I log to the auto shop, mod 2 cars and send my staff. I mod the customer bike at the mc clubhouse(guaranteed $60k EVERYTIME) Then I go to each warehouse sending out my staff. Deliver weapons from bunker to the amunation for $50k and CEO mixed goods for another $50k. I was kickin the bum out at the nightclub but now I'm switchin DJs at the arcade to keep pop up. I run a few hangar missions always doing 2 at a time. I get to 10 ea for the 12% bonus and sell at $600k. And in between this while staff are sent out I've been doing the cayo ALOT. If I'm not on the cayo I'm running hangar sourcing. Also while my friends were playing more consistently, I would resupply the MC businesses through the arcade and sell when needed. After a couple months of doing this I've went from 6m to 88m. It's not to crazy I know, but for me it's insane. And I'm still going cause now I'm looking to hit $100m
Imop the agency is the number 1 business. It has personal gun shop (everything is 5% discounted), safe, 20 vehicld garage u can call frank for a small contract, do the dr dre hiest and yeah.
agency is completely useless if you have the kosatka. cayo perico simply pays more than the dre contract, is faster, and is about 500x more fun to do. plus payphone hits are borderline useless after the nerf
bruh you cant rank salvage yard "per/hour" rate based on its robberies, that hour only comes ONCE A REAL LIFE WEEK, you should realistically average it out on entire week then and add it on that average math to max you can make with towtruck & safe kept at its max value output! if that math is done correct the salvage yards daily and hourly effectiveness in every day play drops dramatically in this rank list! although its worthy thing to log in each week to do them and now the priority contract at garment factory will be in that to do list too! btw in that acid lab sell mission clip you doing it wrong, dont even drive up to roof, just tap in windows of one of those undercover IAA cars on bottom floor using drive by gun and be outta there before they can even get out of their parking spot!
its based on how much work you do for it, ofc you can't continuously make money with the salvage but for the time you put into it you get that amount of money. if anything its just not a sustainable business if you play everyday which most players dont anyway nowadays.
@@AxPTrue its easy enough to bring 2 towtruck cars in every hour to keep the safe daily at 20kish, after 1st delivery i sit in towtruck for few minutes to get second car asap after cooldown, about 80k for the cars coming in every in game day too so 100k per hour that way while i wait do other small stuff between other properties, even bail office stuff!

Great tier list as usual, even if you have watched all the tgg videos on the individual businesses its nice to see how the newer ones rank compared to the older ones. One tip i cant keep to myself bc i saw that you blew up all the undercover cars in the acid sell mission and especially opened the trunk, you can actually skip that by just blowing up one of the undercover cars which lets you immediately run from the cops. Sometimes that can even save you going all the way up a parking garage, its a nice timesave i do everytime i get that mission
@@thewhitemilkdisagree. Acid lab can make more money in my opinion. The only critiques I have with the nightclub is: cash from safe is dependent on the popularity and the underground warehouse is very slow to accrue money in my opinion. Nonetheless it's a top 4 maybe 3 business but I believe acid lab takes it. Only reason why I think acid lab is better is because its easy for me to forget to repopulate. I think TGG's calculation with the acid lab is also incorrect, as with the 30min boost, you can get over half of the stock which in a full lobby, is 250k.
I wanted to say, the Union Depository auto shop contract can’t be done twice an hour. If you do it and then reset for new jobs, it will be crossed out until the next hour
the usage of penthouse: 1. Provide a fast way to travel to casino to spin the wheel. You don't need to travel to casino 2. Save a little bit time if you do cayo perico heist, get the bear bond, and you need to do the safe code setup mission (you don't need to get the keycard) 3. Franklin will praise you in Dr.Dre mission 1.2
3:43 mc businesses are still really good, I stock them up every few hours, spend 10-25 minutes doing a solo sell mission and I get 400k. That's still pretty good money for the time required Edit: how tf is the bail office above the mc businesses💀
honesty the lower tier MC businesses need a buff. maybe cheaper resupply costs or lower the delivery load cus rn mine and probably most other people's document forgery offices are just there collecting dust and piling up daily expenses
Actually mine does get use but only because of the free resupply free roam missions that pop up on occasion. So when I do have to sell my document forgery it was filled up for free so not AS bad as if you had to pay for those supplies.
Fly your carbob over to the Bunker, land it aside of it and take the ammunation delivery truck mission, sit in the truck and waypoint the yellow dot and you can fly it over, it is heavy so go straight up for altitude first and you can fly it over saves time
I grinded terrorbyte missions and crates to make money before the Cayo heist. Never had the money to buy a bunker or coke lockup until cayo😂 Ps. Sightseer is the best mission in gta5.
11:45 As an addendum to the Union Suppository Contract. It is the only contract that pays differently depending on how many players start the mission and finish alive. You make the most money by having 4 players start and complete the mission alive. You’ll make less money otherwise, either by not starting with four or having people die after you’ve used your one spare life.

the 300k high end apartment is actually really good for replaying the Fleeca Job on repeat, easy 150k each time as host and finding a single person for it is very easy, plus there's nearly no way to fail it

With an asterisk, the MC Clubhouse is a business since 2022/23 when they added the similar business of the Auto Shop of modding customers bikes then take it to them, just you need to buy the vehicle workshop in order to do it.
TGG, a thing i learned without knowing is ( since i have all the business ): when you have all of them Money is not a Problem anymore. since combining the payout of all of them + the daily things ( LS tags + the buried stashes + the shipwreck + the chests in Cayo + the G's Cache + the Hidden caches from the sonar station ) you can get 200k+ PER DAY and this takes less from 5 minutes to complete. now business: i hate the salvage yard ( the missions are to long in my opinion, but the payout is... ok'ish ) the same can be said to the auto shop ( too long and the payout is good). The Bail office interestly i'm playing all the time and i'm liking how short they are. The nightclub is busted ( since it produces a lot of money very fast ). the biker business are good but i cant do alone ( too much vehicles ) the CEO crates i'm trying to get accostumed to it. the original Heists are ok ( money-wise ) but they are too long than the auto shop and the salvage yard. Doomsday heist is Too hard and too long but the payout is worth it. Casino heist is long ( alone, but with +1 player it is pretty quick to complete the setups ) Cayo Perico is Short and Easy ( even for solo players, but the cooldown is just too much ) The Hangar nowadays is... good. the Bunker pays well, but it takes too much time to generate product. the Garment Factory is good and Cheap ( and rn i'm trying to fit this into my money farming route ) The Agency is just... OK. The Acid lab is the best passive business in the game.
So one minor correction and one additional info. For the Agency safe passive income it is 5 for a multiplier but always plus one to get the next level. So instead of seeing the bumps at 100, 150, 200, etc. it is actually 101, 151, 201, etc. For the nightclub popularity the most efficient way ironically enough is the exact amount we saw in this video. Don't go there every 48 minutes and refill the popularity. From full popularity the first two 48 minute payouts are both 50k. The third 48 minute payout is 45k. Past that point is when the payout falls off of a cliff so my suggestion is to get it full with the safe empty and as soon as you see the NC safe hit 145k that is the time to go swap a DJ and refill the popularity. I was doing the passive easy popularity mission bit to keep the popularity up but since that was nerfed now I will just do the DJ swap. A fair number of those popularity missions ass kissing A listers who visit the club are trash and just take too long. Better to just drop 10k on the DJ swap and be done with it to do other money making bits. So that makes only having to go to the NC ever 2.5 hours or so to re do the popularity and clear the safe and get 135k per that 2.5 hours for almost nothing time wise.
Make a second character for Cayo. Yeah, you’ll have to get another kosatka and (at least) sparrow, (I’d suggest mk2 oppressor as well), but you make it back quite quickly being able to run 2 back to back. Then, during the 2 and s half hour cool down to get hard mode, do the rest of your businesses. I’ve made hundreds of millions grinding this way.
the penthouse lets you bet 50k on blackjack, this combined with a method to lose no chips can get you a few 100k chips an hour if you are really against grind
If you have a brother, best friend or even your own partner to play together everytime. i suggest the air cargo, cuz with 2 person that means you got 2 crate for each mission. thats 60K per 10 to 15 minutes mission. if you can speed run it, it maybe shorter than that
If you do the Hangar with 2 players I can see 600k an hour but solo 200k. The casino has several set ups to do before you even get to the heist which makes it around 2 hours unless you got a community of players to help you
Really TGG, how can you not rank the MC Club You can make money in your safe (I mean duffle bag) by completing "beer runs" for your bar and in due time you can make a 100,000 dollars after 5 to 7 beer runs every 48 minutes. You can complete contracts posted on your wall to make money as well which is nice. Then, you can also take care of your customers motorcycles and mod them as your customers request and sell them their bike in prestige condition and make roughly 50,000 dollars per hour doing that. CEO, I can understand how that's hard to do because you're absolutely right, you need a crate warehouse and a vehicle warehouse to even begin those branched off. HOWEVER, there is the special car missions for dune loader, armored boxville, Ruiner 2000 vehicles to make some money. But, the VIP Missions are not a bad start either. They may not be the best money making businesses but I strongly feel that the MC Clubhouse is the better business compared to the CEO.
The arena workshop allows customisation of the toy car, which allows for related time trials to be easier. Also, colored headlights are not only for arena war cars. Flippin' amazing stuff. The penthouse is there to be a spawnpoint in the casino. To cheeze the lucky wheel's rolls into forcing the car or mystery options. whichever you prefer. For the autoshop, there's one more way to make money. Or more like, to save money you'd spend otherwise. use that place to upgrade your cars, for a 5% discount on upgrades. After a bunch of cars and upgrades, it does pile up quite a bit. For the Agency: Dr Dre contract finale takes about 10-15 minutes due to a ton of cutscenes. And is repeatable, if you know how to use the replay glitch. Definietly one of the best ways to make money, if not THE best. Caveat: you can only make about 3 million an hour with it, above that, you'll receive no reward, due to rockstar hardcapping the income from there. Meaning when it's on double income, it's actually nerfed. This is most definietly the best business in the game to own, if you don't mind using that glitch. The Cayo Perico heist has been in fact, nerfed out of first place, with one specific nerf, that didn't even affect payouts or cooldowns. That specific nerf was the drastic decrease of the timing window on the replay glitch. Now, it's less than a second, and hence it's rather hard to pull off. Back in the day, when it was almost 2 seconds, it was easy as pie, and that time it was definietly the best paying business. Now, I'd put it barely below the Arcade. With the Arcade being my 2nd pick. My order would be: 1.: Agency 2.: Arcade 3.: Kosatka 4.: Nightclub 5.: Maybe auto shop? For the 5% discounts. For me specifically, that part is very important. 6.: Maybe the new one, because Terrorbyte upgrade with movable master control terminal is amazing. If only we could get an upgrade for the phone, that has access to the master control terminal, the terrorbyte terminal, and the MOC terminal as well, that'd be great! Even better if it had access to the Agency computer too, so we wouldn't have to go to businesses to start up their missions.
@@damedolla-wz5mo The arcade replay glitch is still easier to do than the cayo one. Which can save you the cooldown time. But yes, Cayo does have some advantages. Like being able to do it solo. As for the faster/more fun parts, that kind of depends on the approach selected, and how well you and your partner do the arcade runs. I for one, have a friend, with whom we're really quite fast when it comes to casino heist runs, the real issue there is the fact that we'd need 2 people for the preps too, if we want to do them fast. With only 1 person, the preps can have issues, like while we bring back 1 car, the other one drives all the way out to paleto bay trying to escape. Or having to lose the cops twice just to get the clothes from the police station, etc. For the Cayo heist, preps and all are made to be solo friendly, which is why it was so easily abuseable back in the day. When the replay glitch there had a longer timing window, even more so than now. But anyway, so long as someone can perform the replay glitch on any of the top 3 I mentioned, it should be a pretty damn solid way to make money. Definietly better than the rest of the alternatives, by a pretty sizeable margine at that.
I've only been playing for about 30 hours, maybe closer to 40 after today. I started with the acid lab taking the advice of basically all "best way to make money as a new player" videos, and as of today have a fully upgraded acid lab and about $1.6 million. I'm planning to get the submarine next, and then after that probably the night club. I don't know how hard it is or how long it takes to get max popularity, but more passive income is always better. Then I can spend more of my free time getting spawn camped by the level 400 players who enjoy killing me on their multi-million dollar flying rocket lol.
The bunker rocks as a single buy gives you a single vehicle. Coke locker does not do that. And yes, the extra 50,000 rocks. But single vehicle rocks more
he leaves out missions that require more players and are unappealing, it could take HOUR+ to find anyone willing to join these! unless you got 2 systems and accounts to play these and other things requiring 2 player mode its useless, one good player with 2 keyboards/controllers is often more effective than any halfwit random!
I just don’t agree with the way you use per hour. Saying vehicle cargo give 240k per hour isn’t correct if you only do one import export then do something else. You get 80k for only about 5-10 minutes of work that’s 960k-480k per hour. This is just an example because you do it with every business and it’s misleading imo. Like special cargo if you only source passive is 180k for 5 minutes of work (with 5 large warehouses) which is easily one of the best ways to make money in the game
3:56 Barely 1/4 in the video old reliable was shown and it hurt me in the feels. Used to remember when this was the big money maker. Would keep a mostly full vehicle warehouse and go between stealing and selling a car with the target killing mission to get money during the cool down. Yes I know that doing it solo may not have been the most efficient use of time. But im not dragging my friends through an activity where I make most of the money and they make almost none. (Yes we could have swapped it around like trading ceos to sell other businesses but when your doing that for an active business I feel it is not worth it. Do it more for the mc businesses which takes hours to cook.)
Just going to mention with the penthouse it also gives you access to casino work by calling Agatha on the phone to start. It doesn't pay alot but you forgot to mention it.
You got the new Darnell bros business wrong, it’s actually a pretty good business seeing as you make 300-310,000 per file you do and add the double you make about 900,000- 950,000 every hour because the cooldown is short

For me all the mc businesses are on there own in the bottom tier. 1. Sell missions take way to long . 2. Raid chance is 99,9 % . And the arcade and facility are good for the garage, for monney making complete useless ( match making can take from hours up to days)
try looking for players in gtaforums, they have dedicated professionals on EVERY platform category, post in top thread made in appropriate "looking for players" subforum for those!
Sell missions are designed to take longer. Yeah maybe some are fast but not all. If you don't want to be raided then be a CEO. Everything you said is a total lie, except from arcade and facility being good storage spaces.
Nah man the clubhouse can make you 50k every fifty or so minutes. Get the mechanic and you can upgrade and sell a motorcycle every 48 minutes. The deliveries are mostly super easy most are under two miles but one is almost four miles.
Ill follow up on your take for the document forgery. It may only make 20k an hour but you'll only have to resupply it once to have a full supply of product. It is the only one out of the five that can do that but it is still pretty bad at the end of the day
TBF deliver a full meth stash in a full pubs lobby you earn 700.000$ for only 170.000 invested. Which is way better than the bounty hunting trash missions
idk why people keep underrating the weed and meth businesses. you can sell to dealers every day so you never have to do an actual sale mission, which makes them some of the best passive businesses in the game
Like, heres the thing. So legitimately, Rockstar expects us to utilize all of these businesses in order to make money and be successful in the game (unless, you want to buy shark cards...) For me, it's just too much to do and it can get overwhelming... Like, I had an account with a BUNCH of businesses, and I ended up stressing out and getting headaches because I didn't know which business to begin for the day... I guess it provides variety, which yea it does but it's just too much and tedious as well... and it's all because everything is TOO expensive like UNREALISTICALLY expensive... I think in order to actually have fun in this game in 2024 going into 2025 hopefully, is to either have stayed since day 1, or having GTA Online being the ONLY game you play and on top of that, actually enjoy and have fun playing
Hey TGG... I don't know if you know, but you can actually abuse the cool down by switching characters... if they share bank accts at least. Buy yourself a second kosatka, run your main heist, then your secondary, by the time you finish your second character you should either be close to, or have no cool down left on your main. Rinse and repeat.
Cargo warehouse is quite op of you have 2 friends Source 76 crates with technician After that you can run 22 missions between 2 warehouses ( takes 1.5h max ) then sell in public for like 3M+ per warehouse It’ll cost you roughly 800K to fill up a whole warehouse - 77x 7.5K ( most of the times it’ll cost you about 30-50K less cuz you can get more than 1 crate per tech source ) + 11 x 18K + 18k x 2/3 ( missions where you switch sessions cuz it’s thermal charges )
Please does anyone knows how to AFK now? They patched the casino inside track, I don't have a lot time to play and letting the game afk was the only way to produce in business, another thing they patched that i hate is the night club popularity mission on pacific mode. Thanks in advance

You don’t need to get to the top of the car park, you can just shoot one of the undercover cars on the lower floors, get the wanted level, lose the cops, then deliver the acid to the other buyer. Saves you a good two or three minutes…

@yulian545 the garbabe truck ones where you have 5 things to drop off in each truck sometimes 3 of them, you have the when when your tripping out and so hard to drive and even then ones with multiple boats, planes, helicopters or bikes suck too there's other businesses that are a lot easier to run and quicker to make money

This is the goodness of them adding in the street dealers. The only MC ones I ever have to manually do are the fake cash and document forgery and those only from getting the free resupply free roam missions that pop up on occasion or from stash house clears. Otherwise just like the OP said they are mainly there for the NC passive.

I really like the Garment Factorty business, its been one of my all time favorites so far. I enjoy the missions a lot, and I think the building itself is cool to own.
If i was to start over, i made like 500 thousand selling a full thing of acid in a public lobby. At this point acid is what I'd tell any new players (if theres any at this point) to invest in immediately
And you can get it with all the upgrades for 750k total i believe. And if you complete all the last dose missions you get an ocelot virtue (3m+ value). Best beginner missions by far. A level 15 should have no problem doing them also

I have a set routine I guess is the word lol. I log to the auto shop, mod 2 cars and send my staff. I mod the customer bike at the mc clubhouse(guaranteed $60k EVERYTIME) Then I go to each warehouse sending out my staff. Deliver weapons from bunker to the amunation for $50k and CEO mixed goods for another $50k.
I was kickin the bum out at the nightclub but now I'm switchin DJs at the arcade to keep pop up.
I run a few hangar missions always doing 2 at a time. I get to 10 ea for the 12% bonus and sell at $600k. And in between this while staff are sent out I've been doing the cayo ALOT. If I'm not on the cayo I'm running hangar sourcing.
Also while my friends were playing more consistently, I would resupply the MC businesses through the arcade and sell when needed. After a couple months of doing this I've went from 6m to 88m. It's not to crazy I know, but for me it's insane. And I'm still going cause now I'm looking to hit $100m

bruh you cant rank salvage yard "per/hour" rate based on its robberies, that hour only comes ONCE A REAL LIFE WEEK, you should realistically average it out on entire week then and add it on that average math to max you can make with towtruck & safe kept at its max value output! if that math is done correct the salvage yards daily and hourly effectiveness in every day play drops dramatically in this rank list! although its worthy thing to log in each week to do them and now the priority contract at garment factory will be in that to do list too!
btw in that acid lab sell mission clip you doing it wrong, dont even drive up to roof, just tap in windows of one of those undercover IAA cars on bottom floor using drive by gun and be outta there before they can even get out of their parking spot!
its based on how much work you do for it, ofc you can't continuously make money with the salvage but for the time you put into it you get that amount of money. if anything its just not a sustainable business if you play everyday which most players dont anyway nowadays.
@@AxPTrue its easy enough to bring 2 towtruck cars in every hour to keep the safe daily at 20kish, after 1st delivery i sit in towtruck for few minutes to get second car asap after cooldown, about 80k for the cars coming in every in game day too so 100k per hour that way while i wait do other small stuff between other properties, even bail office stuff!

One tip i cant keep to myself bc i saw that you blew up all the undercover cars in the acid sell mission and especially opened the trunk, you can actually skip that by just blowing up one of the undercover cars which lets you immediately run from the cops. Sometimes that can even save you going all the way up a parking garage, its a nice timesave i do everytime i get that mission

The only critiques I have with the nightclub is: cash from safe is dependent on the popularity and the underground warehouse is very slow to accrue money in my opinion. Nonetheless it's a top 4 maybe 3 business but I believe acid lab takes it.
Only reason why I think acid lab is better is because its easy for me to forget to repopulate. I think TGG's calculation with the acid lab is also incorrect, as with the 30min boost, you can get over half of the stock which in a full lobby, is 250k.
I wanted to say, the Union Depository auto shop contract can’t be done twice an hour. If you do it and then reset for new jobs, it will be crossed out until the next hour
the usage of penthouse:
1. Provide a fast way to travel to casino to spin the wheel. You don't need to travel to casino
2. Save a little bit time if you do cayo perico heist, get the bear bond, and you need to do the safe code setup mission (you don't need to get the keycard)
3. Franklin will praise you in Dr.Dre mission 1.2
3:43 mc businesses are still really good, I stock them up every few hours, spend 10-25 minutes doing a solo sell mission and I get 400k. That's still pretty good money for the time required

honesty the lower tier MC businesses need a buff. maybe cheaper resupply costs or lower the delivery load cus rn mine and probably most other people's document forgery offices are just there collecting dust and piling up daily expenses
Actually mine does get use but only because of the free resupply free roam missions that pop up on occasion. So when I do have to sell my document forgery it was filled up for free so not AS bad as if you had to pay for those supplies.
Fly your carbob over to the Bunker, land it aside of it and take the ammunation delivery truck mission, sit in the truck and waypoint the yellow dot and you can fly it over, it is heavy so go straight up for altitude first and you can fly it over saves time

11:45 As an addendum to the Union Suppository Contract. It is the only contract that pays differently depending on how many players start the mission and finish alive. You make the most money by having 4 players start and complete the mission alive. You’ll make less money otherwise, either by not starting with four or having people die after you’ve used your one spare life.

With an asterisk, the MC Clubhouse is a business since 2022/23 when they added the similar business of the Auto Shop of modding customers bikes then take it to them, just you need to buy the vehicle workshop in order to do it.

TGG, a thing i learned without knowing is ( since i have all the business ):
when you have all of them Money is not a Problem anymore. since combining the payout of all of them + the daily things ( LS tags + the buried stashes + the shipwreck + the chests in Cayo + the G's Cache + the Hidden caches from the sonar station ) you can get 200k+ PER DAY and this takes less from 5 minutes to complete.

i hate the salvage yard ( the missions are to long in my opinion, but the payout is... ok'ish )
the same can be said to the auto shop ( too long and the payout is good).
The Bail office interestly i'm playing all the time and i'm liking how short they are.
The nightclub is busted ( since it produces a lot of money very fast ).
the biker business are good but i cant do alone ( too much vehicles )
the CEO crates i'm trying to get accostumed to it.
the original Heists are ok ( money-wise ) but they are too long than the auto shop and the salvage yard.

The Agency is just... OK.
The Acid lab is the best passive business in the game.
So one minor correction and one additional info. For the Agency safe passive income it is 5 for a multiplier but always plus one to get the next level. So instead of seeing the bumps at 100, 150, 200, etc. it is actually 101, 151, 201, etc.
For the nightclub popularity the most efficient way ironically enough is the exact amount we saw in this video. Don't go there every 48 minutes and refill the popularity. From full popularity the first two 48 minute payouts are both 50k. The third 48 minute payout is 45k. Past that point is when the payout falls off of a cliff so my suggestion is to get it full with the safe empty and as soon as you see the NC safe hit 145k that is the time to go swap a DJ and refill the popularity. I was doing the passive easy popularity mission bit to keep the popularity up but since that was nerfed now I will just do the DJ swap. A fair number of those popularity missions ass kissing A listers who visit the club are trash and just take too long. Better to just drop 10k on the DJ swap and be done with it to do other money making bits. So that makes only having to go to the NC ever 2.5 hours or so to re do the popularity and clear the safe and get 135k per that 2.5 hours for almost nothing time wise.

Make a second character for Cayo. Yeah, you’ll have to get another kosatka and (at least) sparrow, (I’d suggest mk2 oppressor as well), but you make it back quite quickly being able to run 2 back to back. Then, during the 2 and s half hour cool down to get hard mode, do the rest of your businesses. I’ve made hundreds of millions grinding this way.
the penthouse lets you bet 50k on blackjack, this combined with a method to lose no chips can get you a few 100k chips an hour if you are really against grind

If you have a brother, best friend or even your own partner to play together everytime. i suggest the air cargo, cuz with 2 person that means you got 2 crate for each mission. thats 60K per 10 to 15 minutes mission. if you can speed run it, it maybe shorter than that
My issue with the regular bail targets is that for me 90% of them are in Paleto Bay. Last week when they were 2x I did 5 consecutive trips up there.
If you do the Hangar with 2 players I can see 600k an hour but solo 200k. The casino has several set ups to do before you even get to the heist which makes it around 2 hours unless you got a community of players to help you
Really TGG, how can you not rank the MC Club
You can make money in your safe (I mean duffle bag) by completing "beer runs" for your bar and in due time you can make a 100,000 dollars after 5 to 7 beer runs every 48 minutes.
You can complete contracts posted on your wall to make money as well which is nice.
Then, you can also take care of your customers motorcycles and mod them as your customers request and sell them their bike in prestige condition and make roughly 50,000 dollars per hour doing that.
CEO, I can understand how that's hard to do because you're absolutely right, you need a crate warehouse and a vehicle warehouse to even begin those branched off.
HOWEVER, there is the special car missions for dune loader, armored boxville, Ruiner 2000 vehicles to make some money.
But, the VIP Missions are not a bad start either.
They may not be the best money making businesses but I strongly feel that the MC Clubhouse is the better business compared to the CEO.
The arena workshop allows customisation of the toy car, which allows for related time trials to be easier. Also, colored headlights are not only for arena war cars. Flippin' amazing stuff.
The penthouse is there to be a spawnpoint in the casino. To cheeze the lucky wheel's rolls into forcing the car or mystery options. whichever you prefer.
For the autoshop, there's one more way to make money. Or more like, to save money you'd spend otherwise. use that place to upgrade your cars, for a 5% discount on upgrades. After a bunch of cars and upgrades, it does pile up quite a bit.
For the Agency: Dr Dre contract finale takes about 10-15 minutes due to a ton of cutscenes. And is repeatable, if you know how to use the replay glitch. Definietly one of the best ways to make money, if not THE best. Caveat: you can only make about 3 million an hour with it, above that, you'll receive no reward, due to rockstar hardcapping the income from there. Meaning when it's on double income, it's actually nerfed. This is most definietly the best business in the game to own, if you don't mind using that glitch.
The Cayo Perico heist has been in fact, nerfed out of first place, with one specific nerf, that didn't even affect payouts or cooldowns. That specific nerf was the drastic decrease of the timing window on the replay glitch. Now, it's less than a second, and hence it's rather hard to pull off. Back in the day, when it was almost 2 seconds, it was easy as pie, and that time it was definietly the best paying business. Now, I'd put it barely below the Arcade. With the Arcade being my 2nd pick.
My order would be:
1.: Agency
2.: Arcade
3.: Kosatka
4.: Nightclub
5.: Maybe auto shop? For the 5% discounts. For me specifically, that part is very important.
6.: Maybe the new one, because Terrorbyte upgrade with movable master control terminal is amazing. If only we could get an upgrade for the phone, that has access to the master control terminal, the terrorbyte terminal, and the MOC terminal as well, that'd be great! Even better if it had access to the Agency computer too, so we wouldn't have to go to businesses to start up their missions.

But yes, Cayo does have some advantages. Like being able to do it solo.
As for the faster/more fun parts, that kind of depends on the approach selected, and how well you and your partner do the arcade runs. I for one, have a friend, with whom we're really quite fast when it comes to casino heist runs, the real issue there is the fact that we'd need 2 people for the preps too, if we want to do them fast. With only 1 person, the preps can have issues, like while we bring back 1 car, the other one drives all the way out to paleto bay trying to escape. Or having to lose the cops twice just to get the clothes from the police station, etc.
For the Cayo heist, preps and all are made to be solo friendly, which is why it was so easily abuseable back in the day. When the replay glitch there had a longer timing window, even more so than now.
But anyway, so long as someone can perform the replay glitch on any of the top 3 I mentioned, it should be a pretty damn solid way to make money. Definietly better than the rest of the alternatives, by a pretty sizeable margine at that.
I've only been playing for about 30 hours, maybe closer to 40 after today. I started with the acid lab taking the advice of basically all "best way to make money as a new player" videos, and as of today have a fully upgraded acid lab and about $1.6 million. I'm planning to get the submarine next, and then after that probably the night club. I don't know how hard it is or how long it takes to get max popularity, but more passive income is always better. Then I can spend more of my free time getting spawn camped by the level 400 players who enjoy killing me on their multi-million dollar flying rocket lol.
The bunker rocks as a single buy gives you a single vehicle. Coke locker does not do that. And yes, the extra 50,000 rocks. But single vehicle rocks more

he leaves out missions that require more players and are unappealing, it could take HOUR+ to find anyone willing to join these! unless you got 2 systems and accounts to play these and other things requiring 2 player mode its useless, one good player with 2 keyboards/controllers is often more effective than any halfwit random!

I just don’t agree with the way you use per hour. Saying vehicle cargo give 240k per hour isn’t correct if you only do one import export then do something else. You get 80k for only about 5-10 minutes of work that’s 960k-480k per hour. This is just an example because you do it with every business and it’s misleading imo. Like special cargo if you only source passive is 180k for 5 minutes of work (with 5 large warehouses) which is easily one of the best ways to make money in the game

3:56 Barely 1/4 in the video old reliable was shown and it hurt me in the feels. Used to remember when this was the big money maker. Would keep a mostly full vehicle warehouse and go between stealing and selling a car with the target killing mission to get money during the cool down. Yes I know that doing it solo may not have been the most efficient use of time. But im not dragging my friends through an activity where I make most of the money and they make almost none. (Yes we could have swapped it around like trading ceos to sell other businesses but when your doing that for an active business I feel it is not worth it. Do it more for the mc businesses which takes hours to cook.)

Nah man the clubhouse can make you 50k every fifty or so minutes. Get the mechanic and you can upgrade and sell a motorcycle every 48 minutes. The deliveries are mostly super easy most are under two miles but one is almost four miles.

Ill follow up on your take for the document forgery. It may only make 20k an hour but you'll only have to resupply it once to have a full supply of product. It is the only one out of the five that can do that but it is still pretty bad at the end of the day

TBF deliver a full meth stash in a full pubs lobby you earn 700.000$ for only 170.000 invested. Which is way better than the bounty hunting trash missions
idk why people keep underrating the weed and meth businesses. you can sell to dealers every day so you never have to do an actual sale mission, which makes them some of the best passive businesses in the game

Like, heres the thing. So legitimately, Rockstar expects us to utilize all of these businesses in order to make money and be successful in the game (unless, you want to buy shark cards...) For me, it's just too much to do and it can get overwhelming... Like, I had an account with a BUNCH of businesses, and I ended up stressing out and getting headaches because I didn't know which business to begin for the day... I guess it provides variety, which yea it does but it's just too much and tedious as well... and it's all because everything is TOO expensive like UNREALISTICALLY expensive...
I think in order to actually have fun in this game in 2024 going into 2025 hopefully, is to either have stayed since day 1, or having GTA Online being the ONLY game you play and on top of that, actually enjoy and have fun playing

Hey TGG... I don't know if you know, but you can actually abuse the cool down by switching characters... if they share bank accts at least. Buy yourself a second kosatka, run your main heist, then your secondary, by the time you finish your second character you should either be close to, or have no cool down left on your main. Rinse and repeat.

After that you can run 22 missions between 2 warehouses ( takes 1.5h max ) then sell in public for like 3M+ per warehouse
It’ll cost you roughly 800K to fill up a whole warehouse - 77x 7.5K ( most of the times it’ll cost you about 30-50K less cuz you can get more than 1 crate per tech source ) + 11 x 18K + 18k x 2/3 ( missions where you switch sessions cuz it’s thermal charges )
Got to a point now were I just raid the stash houses to supply my businesses I got enough money I have nothing left to buy but still love GTA Online

Please does anyone knows how to AFK now? They patched the casino inside track, I don't have a lot time to play and letting the game afk was the only way to produce in business, another thing they patched that i hate is the night club popularity mission on pacific mode. Thanks in advance
