He's not even a good driver in this game. There's no skill required for driving modded cars in this game. Accelerate fast, brake fast, turning fast. Literally anyone decent could do that.

When it’s a one on one like this you should have one or two guys follow on a motorcycle and film it, get a different angle on the chase and maybe even turn it into some rp, sell the videos or pictures
IM not going to lie.. No pixel needs to make driving in first person Faster than the third person. that would introduce a new level of the sill to driving/racing. that would increase immersion, and would help mask the phasing allowed during races which dilutes "RP"
