Got this product in Aug 2020 and was working fine for 2 months - and then right side is not getting charged, and the most surprising part is when you try looking out for customer support it simply does not exist nor this model is avaiable on the website. Just stay away from this product
I buy this product..... Its amazing... Sound quality is much balanced bass is balanced which i like the most .... But one minor problem is the button as you have to give support to press it ... Otherwise there is nothing to regret....

Overall it seems to be a nice product. Its battery life and IPX rating are also very impressive except one thing i.e. it is not having touch controls. And I am also skeptical whether it will work with bluetooth 4.2 or not.

Also, seems like I got a defective unit because my right bud drains off within 3-4hrs, but when right is drained left bud has 60% battery left.. Also it comes with physical buttons which are not usable as it pushes bud into the ear.. Boult launched new TWS, its comes with touch controls.. Boult audio truebuds.. Go for this new version.. PS: realme emphasises on bass but it kills highs & mids, but boult audio has better sound balance without compromising on bass...
