Delete account without any notification or confirmation of the reason, so all effort put into setting up a store and products is lost and cant get money back. Just one day you suddenly cant access account and you have no understanding why. For those who will should I broke policies - 100% no, I had products created myself, all policies fully fulfilled. Customer support - I don't have polite words to describe it in the way it deserves it. They are only capable of sending useless copy-paste templates responses which has nothing to do with the raised questions. So no support, literally.
I just registered as a seller and was charged $15 and the next day my account was locked for no reason. I feel like this is an act of stealing. I sent an email but it was all just automated messages. I feel like it's easy for etsy to make money this way.
