I love how Antonio corrects himself when talking about clothes, I feel the authenticity in his videos and I'm a big fan of it. You are killing it, man 👊🏻
I consider jackets and coats to be different classes of clothing, coats being the heavier winter garments and jackets being the year round items. Anyways my go to items are my snowboarding coat for the mountain, a bold vino tinto overcoat to show off my personality, and my suede field jacket as a daily beater. I rock the last one in the mild fall weather, all the way to -10 celsius non windy winter days with a light puffer underneath (orange version of the puffer in this video).
I only have 3 winter coats and it is all i need: Navy Suitsupply down jacket. Slim fit, wool shell. My go to jacket, very comfortable warm and doesnt make me look fat. Brown leather jacket with white fox fur collar. Casual style move. Suitsupply blue DB too coat. Dapper style move. I sometime wear autumn jacket with a slim fit vest inside, its warm enough for a warm winter day.
Just got an older Navy peacoat (in black, not navy :P) and its amazing already. I feel great wearing it, and it has kept me really warm even with only an undershirt beneath it. Seriously guys, get yourself a nice peacoat. I garuntee you will look INCREDIBLE, and will feel like a badass wearing it
In addition to the parka, leather jacket, top coat/overcoat, and peacoat, all of which are more or less essentials where I come from (the Great Lakes are notorious for their changeable weather and it's not unusual to more or less get all four seasons within the span of a few days), I've grown fond of tanker jackets, chore coats, and, when all I need is a windbreaker, I love the Barbour Ursula. That thing is sharp as a get-out. Labor-inspired or military-inspired styling is timeless, gents!
Just a thought. Might want to update the Sherpa jacket to some sort of a full length carhartt or Berne coat. If it’s around freezing, that Sherpa will do the job but when it’s getting down to the teens and sub zero temperatures your going to be freezing your butt off if that’s the only coat. Just my 2 cents from a guy that works outside in the cold a lot. Lots of layers and a good heavy outer coat that’s not too restrictive are your friend. Parkas May be warm, but they are to big and bulky for working on equipment in the cold. Anyway. Just want to say thanks for all the time you put into your videos. Helping guys like me that never had anyone to teach them this stuff, have a little style. Have a great day!
I'm not a fan of suede jackets but if your new clothing venture makes that hybrid peacoat I'll buy one in every color!!! That coat is awesome. I'm a former Texan (DFW) recently transplanted to the Upper Midwest so I have started looking to expand my coat collection. I'd also go for a classic peacoat if you're so inclined to produce those too. Love the vid as usual, awesomeness!
For winter, I usually wear a Soviet military wool greatcoat. It's double breasted, and it's lined with thick silk on the inside. It also goes down to about my mid calf, so it keeps the wind out from around your legs. It has a large collar, so you can pull it up to protect your neck. I usually pair it with a ushanka.
Antonio, I have a question for you. At 2:07 you recommend not to use a suede jacket and suede boots because you want to focus the attention on the jacket... I have a suede boots that match almost exactly a suede jacket and I always use the together. I'm breaking the rule correctly or I'm doing it totally wrong and haven't notice it?
Aside from 3 sport coats I plan to get 2 more casual jackets as well which ones would you recommend for AZ? It's been getting very cold lately but we don't necessarily need long coats unless you're in Flagstaff. I figure maybe a Windbreaker is a good choice since it does get windy sometimes. I donated my hoodies since I wanted to try new garments. They were a big thing for me in high school and College.
What jacket would be suitable for a man living in a tropical climate and commuting to work from a bicycle/motorbike? Go-to Default, Sherpa-Jean or a Light Weight Puffer Jacket?
I've got four 1) black leather jacket 2) double breasted trench coat but in wool so mix of trenchcoat and topcoat? Either way absolutely amazing and in burgundy which I love. 3) (light) brown suède jacket 4) snowboard jacket
That navy suede jacket if just my style! I definitely want to leant more, but I'm hesitant to sign up because I may not be able to afford a 1k jacket. Can I stop sign up for the email? I just don't want to make it seem like I'm committing right now.
I’m on the hunt for a nice peacot. The prices have been all over the place from about $50 to $400. Obviously the cheap ones are just that, cheap. Can you provide info as to what price range we should look at for a good value peacot? Thanks my man!
I’ve been following you for a long time. Love the videos. Learned so much. The jacket design looks great! The zipper seems to be fairly pronounced. After looking at it all I could see is the zipper. Maybe it’s just me but a less pronounced smaller zipper would look better. Just a respectful thought. Thank you for all your work!!
I am definitely interested in your jacket line. I would like the red on or if possible a green on but i would prefer a darker green compared to the ones shown. Already signed up for the early bird!
I would love one of these jackets. The last good-looking winter jacket I had was by Guess, and it was stolen a few years ago along with my wallet. I would love one that is unique and high quality
I’m a short man (5 feet tall) and it’s very difficult for me to find a jacket that fits... if you do decide to make it I would love to see it in a size that can fit men like me.

A denim jacket or motorbike jacket works best in a tropical climate.
