I'm loving the music in the background while you're instructing. For some reason it makes your videos that much more enjoyable compared to others. Your details look great! It would be nice if you added a list of products you use in the description.
wow I thought I took a long time to build. you are one patient person, I prep like you but after alclad I just hit the silver parts with a tiny brush loaded with whatever clear color, red blue gold etc. I must admit yours look better but I'm losing my eyesight anyway. Your videos are very well done. Most are either just for relaxing with no narration or strictly didactic. Your videos are the best of both. Very succinct with nice music and well thought out instructions. You have many talents. I'm going in my workshop and trying your technique right now 11:47am est US. 7/27/24. Wish me luck
Excellent video. Thank you for taking ti time to share your knowledge. May I ask if the painted part is fairly durable? Does the paint stick well? Also, do you wash the resin parts first? Thanks again.
Hello Albert...No worries!...I will answer this the easy way....yes, yes and yes...One of the advantages of the xtreme metal is that it much more durable than alclad II paints. But even if you use Alclad II, once you get the clear color coat on its as durable as any lacquer...cheers Mark
