I'm really glad to have found your channel. You present things in a way that makes sense and at a pace that works well for me. I've bought a copy of Bausteine eins which I intend to go through in its entirety but I like to mix it up by watching any videos you put out. Thanks for publishing your work that would normally only be seen by Tasmanian Uni students. You've reached people like me, at the other end of the student age scale and on the other side of the planet.
Welcome aboard! I’m glad the videos are helping, Simon. The videos were originally online lectures during Covid years but I’m expanding and working back through some older ones to renew them, so there’s lots more coming. If there’s anything in particular you think would help, do let me know. Alles Gute BB
@@bausteine That's great that you'll be adding to my playlist :) And btw I really like your style of graphical presentation, it makes everything clear. That's a kind offer of help, I feel I should first read through all of Bausteine eins to see if the bits I struggle with are already covered - but do you have a video that runs through the proper use of all the pronouns? Ones like euer and euch always make me stumble :)
For ‚euer‘ etc, yes there is one - those are the possessive adjectives and I’ve got a couple of videos covering the first chapters of B1 die before the end of the year so there will be specific vids on the pronouns too.
Great video! Thanks for the rich explanation, German adjectives can really get one turned around. As you have mentioned, please create more videos for the other cases. 😊😊
JA, BITTE! Ich mochte gern ein super Video mit den anderen Fallen. Ich habe nie daruber nachgedacht, aber das ist so viel einfacher zu verstehen. Vielen Dank, nochmal.
I'm not a fan to study grammar, but at least for learning German I think it's necessary. Thanks so much for creating such a practical resource for us. 🙌
Ich habe eine Frage: when you have more than one adjective (Nom. definite article) do ALL the other adjectives have the same ending, zB - das ist der lange, dunkle, beängstigende Tunnel? Und (Nom. indefinite article) das ist ein langer, dunkler, beängstigender Tunnel. . .With the definite article, „the“, use an -e on the all adjectives; with an indefinite article, „a or an“ , use -er, -e, oder, -es? did I get that right? And for plurals use -en?
Ja, genau. So ist es. Exactly right. It doesn’t matter how many adjectives we use the rules stay the same. The endings you describe are of course only for the subject case, but only the masculine is different in the accusative and things get even easier in the dative.
The tricks (or rules) in this video and in the other video on the Dative, ruclips.net/video/kSfQaI_AP5g/видео.html, are the only way to manage the adjective endings. These two videos should be watched by all beginner students, and they should be watched multiple times to absolve all the details. A big THANK YOU.

Thank you! Yes, they do require a bit of thinking but there are patterns there if you look. Thanks for your comment Alles Gute BB

Ja, bitte, ich würde gerne mehr Videos über dir Fallendungen im Genitiv und Dativ sehen.
