The only "no loading screen" to be impressed here is when they get inside the buildings to buy things from NPC. Also its all scripted. You would definitely see loading screen progressing the story, doing events and most likely farming for gears. Also loading screen for teleportation. Because im damn sure everyone would be tired of driving everyday to do missions from one place to another.
The problem of people playing gacha game mostly genshin is that they think that leveling up artifact is a race that they need to get really strong really fast instead of just playing it at their own leisurely pace. Sure the RNG is bad. A LOT of the games are like that but you dont necessarily need high level artifact ato finish the story. You wont need to use up all your resin everyday to do farming. Thats why a lot of players get burned cause they play the game like its their job and they have a deadline to meet. Also RNG is given in a lot of gacha game. Thankfully this is no longer the 90's you have to pay just log into a game. So for online games like genshin be Free to Play is already a blessing
Tower of fantasy progresion is great, chars no need to farm flowers or stuff for increase skill lvs and the artifacts is an armor than u can set wich one get every domain Run and u always get that one This game have ben developing in shadows around atleast 2 years with ToF reneuvs so its probably those chars exist before than welt, sunday n navia, encore etc, even before project mugen cause this whole thing isnt 1 year made
yup, ToF is using MMO progression on its gears system without "break" chance when enhancing the gears, easy to progress, easy to farm, and only need one set gears unless you're a whale or very hardcore
Yeah, that's what I like about ToF. Character/weapon materials for leveling up are not locked behind areas and quests. I stopped farming ores too since the minigames give generous rewards

ngl, something about that opening trailer with the character animations reminded me of those fanmade genshin animations where the characters act out a scene from a tv show or smthing. Kinda random but just reminded me of that.
I like gacha games using Genshin UI because transition is easy. You may hate the Genshin UI but I like it the best. I do not like turn based games but I gave HSR a try and because how it's almost copy paste how Genshin looks it was so easy to understand stuff.
Some gachas do have darker skinned characters. Tof has much different combat to Genshin I really enjoyed the combat. Tof had an appartment system with pets so i assume NtE will be able to as well. With all the feedback they took im looking forward to what they cook (including the UI). Yea i hate artifact grinding too, thats why i have never quit arknights (on top of loving the gameplay lol)
People are expecting way too much from gacha games. They aren't supposed to cure cancer. If you look at how they have changed over the years, it's 10x in terms of quality.
well because people have limited time and all games are in direct competition I could play this gatcha game or bg3 so yeah ofc people look if they can have a lot of fun with a game and don´t have less expectations just because it´s a gatcha, it´s a game and every game demands my time so I choose whichever fits me
Look into the character design of Arknights, that one feels like no other gacha. Id think everything has been done as well if I didnt know Arknights exists.

they should just replace their engine for the characters not just make a new game. They are using the same engine as tower of fantasy and it doesnt look good, even wuthering wave has better character design
if they ever release a gatcha open world with more male characters so that there is 50:50 between male and female then I will try it, but I´m so done playing little girls or hot moms

TOF was made out of stolen assets and then after lawsuit changed and ended up sucking a**...i dont trust devs on this....also whats the progression? i only believe its decent game when its out and we can see normal gameplay and not scripted trailer

You're spreading a complete lie. ToF devs have never used stolen assets or have ever faced a lawsuit. The only incident was when a 3rd party marketing company made some ads for ToF. The same company also did marketing for HI3 and put a sword from HI3 into a ToF ad. It was not the fault of the ToF devs but they apologized anyway because Hoyo shills were raging. The only lawsuit around ToF was the ToF devs suing a CN Genshin content creator who was spreading lies about ToF. They won the lawsuit and the CC was forced to issue an apology. If you're going to hate on ToF, at least get your facts straight.

Hotta has a ToF server in CN without any powercreep and this game will also follow that model. Also, the powercreep in ToF in now minimal since global has caught up to CN and the banners are now 6 weeks long. Characters are now meta for 18 months if you play a meta one element team. But most of your power comes from your gear and upgrading it over time. I can do almost all the content in the game using 1.0 standard weapons. I can solo Joint Op 8 with just Samir. Powercreep only matters for the few people that care about topping the leaderboards.

Genshin progression put me off Gatchas too, hate it so much TOF actually did it better having items to rig stats
