Zucchini mit Fetafüllung vom Grill - Beilagenrezept für Grillpartys

Heute zeige ich Euch, wie Ihr super leckere mit Feta gefüllte Zucchini vom Grill macht. Diese lassen sich für eine Grillparty super vorbereiten und schmecken einfach grandios!
Hier die Zutaten:
2 große Zucchini halbiert und ausgehölt
400 Gramm Fetakäse
2 Tomaten
1 Knoblauchzehe gehackt
1 EL Don Marcos Schafskäsegewürz
2 EL Olivenöl
2 EL Pinienkerne

Today I'll show you how to make a super delicious Zucchini stuffed with Feta Filling and grilled.
They make a great grilled side and taste terrific, really delicious!
Here are the ingredients:
halved and hollowed 2 large zucchini (set meat and seeds a side for later)
400 grams feta cheese
2 tomatoes chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Don Marcos feta spice Substitute McCormick Gourmet Greek Seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons pine nuts
Preparation Half the tomatoes and remove the seeds and chop. Dice the garlic clove In a small bowl combine the tomato, garlic and crumble the Feta, add the Greek seasoning and olive oil and gently mix. Chop med to med fine the meat and seeds from the halved Zucchini and add to the filling mixture and combine. Now stuff the Zucchini’ and top with the Pine Nuts, they add a nice crunch! Grill over indirect heat for about 20 minutes @ about 350 F The Zucchini are done when you can see the Pine Nuts beginning to brown! These are a super light and delicious. A great addition to anything you grill…The Bomb!
