We have a large malamute (super-shedder), and Mr. Q is a great time-saver for both vacuuming and mopping. To keep him that way, we know from past experience w/our 5 yo iRobot (Nigel) how vital regular maintenance is. Nigel now lives and works flawlessly in the carpeted basement. Since Mr. Q also mops, he lives on the 1st floor. THANK YOU again for this great video!! It’s time to clean Mr. Q’s sensors (recommended weekly), and your vid shows exactly where to find all of them!

Thanks for making the video. It's probably best to use a soft cloth on the plastic sensor covers. Paper towels will eventually dull the plastic and affect the readings.
This video was very helpful. I could not figure out why the Status Indicator Light was illuminated steady red light. The app mentioned the water tank filter but it was not identified in either the Quick Start Guide or the Owner's Manual. In the video, you pointed out it was to be attached to the dock base. Light is now solid white. Thank you!

Today was my first day using the Q Revo, which is my first robotic cleaner, and an error message displayed that the bag needed to be unblocked. Tells you a lot about my cleaning regime! Also do you have a video on how to spot clean please? I want to learn how to use the remote joystick and how to spot clean with the vacuum only. The spot clean function seems to be both mop and vacuum together. Thank you .

Just purchased the Q Revo. I can’t find any indicators on the tank itself or anything in instructions about how much water to put in the tank. Do you fill it halfway up or to the top?
Would you have any idea how to remove buildup from the tube that empties the dirty water from the vacuum to the tank? Ours is so nasty. I could only clean what the straw brush could reach. Even then I know it didn’t clean it that good.

The water in the clean water tank lasted only 2 cleanings of my house (only about 70 square meters of cleaning area). Is this right? I don't think I need to worry about dirt or mould being acumulated in the tank if I need the to refill the water so frequently anyway.
Hi! I've realy appreciate the video. A little tip from my experience, i pour a little of bleach in the dirty water conteiner when it's empty, this removes the smell almost entirely. Also, i have an issue: I've changed the mops with an online equivalent, but they detach from the stripes almost every day. Is there something i can do for that? I still have the original ones, but i was asking.
I think you answered your own question. I was curious if I could use product equivalents, but have been too nervous that doing so will mess up the machine so I’ve only ordered from the manufacturer, something I generally resent doing because I want to find the best deals and use my Prime shipping for everything.

I purchased this device from Amazon a month ago and I could not get the water to fill into the vacuum so it did not mop. None of the suggestions by the manufacturer helped. I returned it and just received a second one and it is doing the same thing. I am wondering if there is some step I am missing such as removing a piece of protective tape somewhere. I think you can empty the dust bin in the trash can and give it at least a second use. Like 1 bag every 2-3 months. Is a small saving but I think it worths it. And maybe you can clean the bag with water or some sort of procedure, same as the dust bin in the robot right?

Costco offers this Roborock Q Revo, 2 years warranty return anytime within 2 years operation to get full refund...I am waiting if Roborock shoots their Q Revo Pro at Costco ...mainly because it has extending mop and hot mop wash!

Adjust mop wash frequency or adjust the mopping water usage setting
All Qrevo pro and Qrevo S share the same components? Mop, roller, brushes, etc?

Paper towels will scratch the sensors over time. I'd use a microfiber cloth.

My Q Revo has the problem that one of the two mops does not get wet anymore. - I have found no solution for that misbehavior, yet.
