Every top-of-the-line vehicle now has the full scope of tech features. However, there is no standardization. Every brand is different. It will take you weeks to get used to the layout if you switch from a Lincoln to a Cadillac or from any brand to another. Manufacturers took forever to all use PRNDL for automatic transmissions.. Will they ever standardize all the tech?

Interesting point, some may understand it as the auto makers interpretation on the layout of technology, and that is what differentiates the brands.
