There is nothing extra for this. You just have to configure the Robot 🤖 and machine for Production same as Development. And you can map that robot with Production environment and while running the Project you have to select that environment where Prod Robot mapped.

My question is why in the case of application exceptions, on the transaction page, there is still showing "Retried" for the status where the no of retries 0 ( for those who have the no of retries 1, it shows "Failed" or "Successful" ) ? Is it NOT a rule that after "Retried" it will set the transaction status to Failed or Successful? Did not have time the robot to retry the rest of the transactions? At the end of the process, if a transaction item has the Retried status but the Queue was set to retry the items one or more times, what does this mean?

sir, i am not getting phone number exception in this video you forgot to explain that two flow decision for set the status and phone number flow decision so i could not understand how to set that after running in csv file in exception reason column its not showing phone number not numeric like. if you said while creating the two flow decision which might be easy to understand.
