There's a clump of leaves on the right side of the base that can be pulled off, and underneath there are holes for Ganyu's pegs! (at least it looks like it, and I've seen a video on weibo that talked about it).
I haven't even seen Re: Zero, but I do plan on seeing it, but that Emilia and Rem together are just completely top tier. I am in love with the aesthetics.

I'm super on the fence with the same figure you've preordered, mainly because of space, but because I'm also waiting for the spiritale Emilia to come out as their Korone figure is legitimately one of my favourite figures I own so I have super high expectations for it 😅 Also I showed the Emilia figure to my friend and she asked me where her other shoe was and now that really bothers me lmao 🤣

The only one I share are the two Marins.... and I've also ordered the aniplex Marin, it is perfectly possible that I'll get even more of her. She is just very very good. I just have rather few figures on order, as I generally collect scales which are expensive(the Marin is my 2nd ever nendroid). My MFC would say 20, but 5 of those are technically released, just due to either bought from TOM, surface mail or cdjapan outright holding one hostage due to SAL(?) suspension, they haven't gotten to me yet. So that leaves only 15 and 3 of them are Marin. Edit: It is worth noting that I'm pretty decisive. So I rarely cancel POs, so if I PO something, it means I really want to commit. I think I've only ever cancelled two figures--one because I bought elsewhere for a much better price and one where another figure of the same character is displayed in a rather similar way so I got that instead. I've never fully cancelled anything in not getting some sort of replacement yet. This too contribute to my low PO count, because it's more of a commitment.

AmiAmi is one of the best places to shop for anime related goods and I’ve never had any issues with them if that helps ease some of your worries! My only advice would be to consider shipping costs since they don’t tell you until they send you an invoice. You can try contacting support for an estimate (it’s still preorder status but they might be able to tell you). I’m thinking the total cost of the Byleth figure + shipping will probably be under $300🤞
The moment you mentioned homura, i thought "no way" is it xc2? Then i immediately realize it might be the one from madoka, i look up your old videos and sure enough she's there and surprise! Pyra/homura is also there lol. This including the other series and games you have a really good taste
I'm really excited for the Iori figure. I really wanted a 13 sentinels figure but I thought I'd never got one because I assumed they'd all look a bit boring and grey because of the uniforms...and all of the figures that were out at the time looked a bit off to me. But when this Iori figure came out I was legitimately mesmerised by how it looked exactly like the game (I really love the hair on the B-style but the face just doesn't look accurate at all imo) and paired with the fact that the FuRyu Shinonome figure is even more simple and more expensive, it made it easier to PO the Iori one 😅
The b-style’s face is definitely a lot more doll like, and while I personally like it, the alter one is definitely a lot nicer🫣 And omg furyu is tripping on something with that price for shinonome fr🫠
You've got so many figures I want on PO lol. I'm a new collector so rather than going for all the figures I want just because they look amazing, I'm going down a list and getting figures of my favorite characters first with a few exceptions. Like I have that Kadokawa Graceful Beauty Emilia on PO. I won't lie, I don't care about Emilia at all in Rezero, she's an okay character. But that figure is too pretty to pass on. You're also the only other person I've seen have Bien on PO in August. I just cancelled her myself due to another figure being announced and it being one from my character list but she's pretty too, probably going to put that now free budget towards the Marin and Yor nendoroids and save the rest for something else. You also got Elysia in October. I won't lie, I haven't played Honkai much, but I just love Elysia any way, I had to PO it. I've only seen one other channel even mention that figure. I debated for like a month on PO'ing that Sword Maiden figure too. Ended up not doing it but after market, I'll look for her. If you're interested in Goblin Slayer, I personally love the series, but it's reception is very split. Either you love it or hate it. It has some disturbing content, many couldn't get past episode 1. I would say the first episode is the worst of it. If you can make it past that, then you'll probably be okay with the rest of the series.

Have you seen the upcoming Skadi Alter 1/7 Figure that is coming out in the future? An instant PO! She'll look nice by my W, Blaze, Surtr, and all my Ch'en figures! There was a a figure of Shining with her Summer Skin but the hair looks like spaghetti, hope they're fixing it up again because I will really want it for sure.
Once again, your selections are awesome. However, I almost never order figures from game and hololive videos. I concentrate on characters that I find in anime shows. It seems as though there are fewer and fewer of these, so I am the point that I only have one pre-order at this time. Bummer!

Princess of the Crystal and the Aquatope figures are still open for preorders on many stores like AmiAmi and TOM. PLATONICA & LUMINOUSTAR's preorders are closed, but you can check back periodically or closer to release date to see if they open back up. Unfortunately, both Lillie preorders closed really quickly. Meccha-Japan seems to have both of them up again, but they raised the price to 27k jpy each (205.82 usd) 😬

Haven't collected figures before but as a massive nia fan I really want that nia figure listed in june. After looking up websites, I can't seem to find any that have it available. Are there ways to get it after the preorder period?
Unfortunately, once preorders close, you just have to keep checking if a spot opens up due to someone canceling their order. On amiami, preorders can open back up randomly due to cancellations. From my experience, this happens a lot more frequently around the release month. You can just manually check yourself, or you can use sites like buyfriend to notify you if it becomes available (i rarely use buyfriend myself, but it’s an option!) I think with goodsmile, you’ll have to wait until it releases to see if they have extra stock but not 100% sure on that🤔 If a PO spot doesn’t open up by the time the figure releases, you just pray there’s extra stock for retail or that aftermarket doesn’t go up much🥲 She’s still up for PO from US retailers but they’re a last resort because their prices are wack imo!

Yep, TOM is Tokyo Otaku Mode! I order from TOM usually when they have promos going on for bonus points. If you’re preordering, just keep in mind that TOM will most likely be behind by at least a month if it’s shipping from the Japan warehouse, or by several months if it’s from their US warehouse. In-stock products shouldn’t be delayed (but I think they’re backed up atm, like many other stores atm). Amiami is the default store for me and many collectors. Their packaging is the best imo, but they do overdo it sometimes with the packaging paper which can inflate the cost. TOM’s packaging is also pretty solid. I’ve never had packages arrive to me damaged by either companies, although ymmv. Either store should be okay to order from! If it does arrive damaged, you can contact the store for a solution. While I’ve never had to contact amiami for after sales services, I did have to contact TOM’s once due to a manufacturer’s defect and they were very helpful.

You can sign up for notifications for restocks or availability on hobby genki or other stores that had the rerun up for preorder. That’s how I got the Aniplex Marin scale after she closed on a lot of stores😮💨

But jsyk, it might be delayed a few times since it’s from goodsmile us! I order from them sometimes and preorders usually get delayed a few months compared to gsc global and other jp retailers.
Surprised Crunchyroll has such bad rep. I've been ordering figures from there in last year or 2 and have not had any problems with them.

Have you seen the upcoming Skadi Alter 1/7 Figure that is coming out in the future? An instant PO! She'll look nice by my W, Blaze, Surtr, and all my Ch'en figures! There was a a figure of Shining with her Summer Skin but the hair looks like spaghetti, hope they're fixing it up again because I will really want it for sure.

Once again, your selections are awesome. However, I almost never order figures from game and hololive videos. I concentrate on characters that I find in anime shows. It seems as though there are fewer and fewer of these, so I am the point that I only have one pre-order at this time. Bummer!

PLATONICA & LUMINOUSTAR's preorders are closed, but you can check back periodically or closer to release date to see if they open back up.
Unfortunately, both Lillie preorders closed really quickly. Meccha-Japan seems to have both of them up again, but they raised the price to 27k jpy each (205.82 usd) 😬

Haven't collected figures before but as a massive nia fan I really want that nia figure listed in june. After looking up websites, I can't seem to find any that have it available. Are there ways to get it after the preorder period?
Unfortunately, once preorders close, you just have to keep checking if a spot opens up due to someone canceling their order.
On amiami, preorders can open back up randomly due to cancellations. From my experience, this happens a lot more frequently around the release month. You can just manually check yourself, or you can use sites like buyfriend to notify you if it becomes available (i rarely use buyfriend myself, but it’s an option!)
I think with goodsmile, you’ll have to wait until it releases to see if they have extra stock but not 100% sure on that🤔
If a PO spot doesn’t open up by the time the figure releases, you just pray there’s extra stock for retail or that aftermarket doesn’t go up much🥲
She’s still up for PO from US retailers but they’re a last resort because their prices are wack imo!

I want to order something but its fairly expensive so im worried about ordering it but those 2 are the only places that have it. Im on the east cost of the US. Any advice on what my best bet would be ? Price is relatively similiar, i just want it to get to me safely without issues. Which has better chances of that, asusming you’ve ordered from both sites alot

I order from TOM usually when they have promos going on for bonus points.
If you’re preordering, just keep in mind that TOM will most likely be behind by at least a month if it’s shipping from the Japan warehouse, or by several months if it’s from their US warehouse. In-stock products shouldn’t be delayed (but I think they’re backed up atm, like many other stores atm).
Amiami is the default store for me and many collectors. Their packaging is the best imo, but they do overdo it sometimes with the packaging paper which can inflate the cost.
TOM’s packaging is also pretty solid.
I’ve never had packages arrive to me damaged by either companies, although ymmv.
Either store should be okay to order from! If it does arrive damaged, you can contact the store for a solution. While I’ve never had to contact amiami for after sales services, I did have to contact TOM’s once due to a manufacturer’s defect and they were very helpful.

I had no idea the Lillie figures were getting a rerun I've wanted them for SO LONG but I missed the preorder 😭 I checked mecca japan too and it says it's out of stock so I'm guessing no preorders are still open :( do you know any other sites that had preorders open and could possibly have one open from someone cancelling theirs? The cosmog one is my fave but either would be amazing tbh
You can sign up for notifications for restocks or availability on hobby genki or other stores that had the rerun up for preorder. That’s how I got the Aniplex Marin scale after she closed on a lot of stores😮💨
