Thanks Jennifer! What I understood is this: All of them have the same meaning but decline is somewhat mild word, refuse is more strong than decline and reject is the strongest word to say no.
My sentence:
I thought it was only me who declined to join there but later I came to know that two other job seeker had already refused to join their company. They got all those rejections because of their low salary offer.

It does! Turn down is commonly use when you "decline/reject" an offer ;) We don't really use it to replace "refuse" though ;)

Hi everyone, according to me I'm able to say that all these 3 words mean the same thing, but declined is the strongest one to use mostly when you are unwilling to do something.
- She refused to watch the show with him.
- The kid refuses to eat vegetables.
- Lucy declined hang out with her new friends.
- Mary declines to date her coworker.
- My manager rejected a 30% pay award, this deal is what we were waiting for, and he shouldn't reject it.
