- Hey. Thanks for tuning in! I decided to rent a car for my second trip to Jamaica this month and it was an experience! I wanted to share some of the tips and tricks I learned(the hard way lol) while on the road with you.
If you plan on going to Jamaica just know that renting is an option. UBER & Lfyt are not in Jamaica. They do have taxi's and resort escorts and those can get pricey.

@@No5hadeofficial you should always turn off your car when you are filling up. That's wasting money. While your filling up the car is idling and burning gas.its like putting water in a leading bucket. Plus it's not safe. It can cause a fire especially if the gas tanks are filling up the gas station tanks. My dad owned a gas station in Jamaica those were safety rules.

Yes it did! I have T-Mobile. Pretty good service

Yes you can! I used my American card to rent. Idk about cash though.
1900 Jamaican dollars is actually 12 US dollars.

Hey. There were three choices of insurance/coverage to pick from. I don’t remember paying a deposit.
Who would you recommend renting a car from?
I rented from Island Car rental. They were pretty straight forward. The rules are a little different with renting a car on a different country but the concept is the same
