Simple sa interview hota hai IOCL kuch khaas karne ki zarorat hogi nhi hai rank achi hai toh. Sabse simple interview out of every PSU in my opinion.

Bhai mera gate 2024 ke basis pe aaj civil Engineer Iocl ke liye shortlist hua. Mere gate marks 51 in general hai aur rank 1800+ and is bar iocl civil engineer cutoff 43 hai...... Cutoff se mere sirf 8 marks jada hain... To mujhe GD, GT, PI me jada mehnat krne pdegi kyaa????

51*0.85=43 approx +15 ( max of gd, gt, pi = total 58... To mehnat karani hai to soch ke karo... Kyuki final selection will be marks 62+ btw congratulations for getting interview call and experience it ​@@bawa209

@@shubhajitdas9429 bhai apka bhi (55*0.85+15(max)= 61.75 ye max ban sakta hai aur final(sc) ke liye >60 marks) give your 100%, mila to achha hai varna... Experience it and learn 👍

Interview simple hota hey. Par aj tak ye samaj nahi ayya ki GT,GD,PI ka markings structure kay hota hey.

Sir i was shortlisted for marketing officer role through UGC-NET qualification... actually i am from agriculture background and i have completed MBA in Agri Business Management. Shall they allow me to give interview or not sir ??

I think Agri business management is not mentioned in the notification . You can still try by going at the interview centre. Best of luck.

NTPC doesn't give NOC for interview. Do they allow for interview without NOC. Also how you justified ur NTPC leaving decision. I'm also working in NTPC.

1. Yes they will allow , You can give interview by signing on the undertaking ( iocl will give you the format of the same at time of interview) .
2. a. Ntpc job is monotonous is nature ( only operation department is given to all ) , whereas iocl job is diverse in nature which offers different departments in different divisions so you will get the good exposure .
2.b if you are at 40k basic ( For Career growth also you want to join the iocl ) .
2.c Right now Ntpc is providing only 3 locations for girls which restricts you to work across pan India .( so restricted postings at Ntpc whereas IOCL will give opportunity to work across PAN India .

No marks would be deducted on the basis of gap year . Just convince the interviewer by giving proper justification if they ask .

Yes this year CS vale bhi eligible hai . Top 500 normally eligible hote h interview k liye . Baaki ye hr saal vary krta rehta hai.
