I like how you pointed out the value of Ruminants where the ruminants can turn low nutritional grasses with no human nutritional value into high nutrient food sources for the cow and for humans on marginal agricultural lands. We are feeding the microbes which feed both the ruminants and humans. Thank you for this presentation.
