dancing doesn't exactly build muscle strength and endurance the way strength/weight training does... dancing can make you lose muscle and fat if you don't exercise along with it
Guys let me tell you if you want abs these training won’t really work. You see you can’t target one specific area to lose weight you lose weight through the body. If you just do weight training and cardio for your body than abs will just come naturally with your other part muscle group. I come from experience and I learned it the hard way I really wanted abs so I focused everything in my stomach did like hours and hours of these kind of training but it just didn’t give results but after just focusing on weights and eating in calories deficit I naturally got it. I’m a boy tho so girls I’m not sure because some of them don’t like having big muscles
Abs can be obtained easily tbh?? 90% of it is diet, by not eating too many calories, you only really need to do ab workouts 2-3 times a week and you’re good. When I did weight training, getting my arms and legs to get muscles was HARD. But my abs just naturally formed with minimal exercise I just didn’t overeat.

Day 10: Skipped Day 11: Skipped Day 12: Skipped Day 13: ✔ Done Day 14: ✔ Done So i see a bit Change but i guess i have to do it again and everyday to really see change but it is good. Results: Waist; 73cm/ Hips; 93cm
1) It is important to have proper nutrition 2) workouts 3) As much as if you dance and do cardio, as idols do, you are guaranteed a flat stomach. But what matters is nutrition and exercise. If you eat pizza and do exercises, nothing will come of it.
You can still eat pizza and slim down! What matters the most is moderation: you can’t eat too much pizza but you cant eat too much salad as well, both are unhealthy in their own way. There are no bad foods and good foods, there is only balance.
@@boi8212 if you didn’t go on a diet to be flat and didn’t count the number of calories, then I hasten to upset you. if you eat everything, even in a balanced way, you will end up with fat.

This is my routine before and it really work real good also Im a dancer so my abs maintained hella good, you really need to balance a good diet and work out to achieve this body.

few things, kpop idols also train in dancing for hours and hours the whole day which just isn't realistic for most people who go to school or work. Also kazuha was a ballet dancer, and was pursuing it professionally. Its great to be inspired by her but just a reminder to not compare yourself to these people!
Guys just so you know it's not always healthy to have abs. Why you ask? Because you actually need a really low bodyfat precentage to make your abs visible, and girls naturally should have a higer precentage than men. Your other option to getting abs is gaining so much muscle in your core that the muscles can reach the top of the skin. However you will probably not get the hourglass figure you want so bad, but you will have alot of stamina and be really strong. Personally i will just try to eat healthier, workout to be strong and fast and not care how it makes me look or if it fits the flawed beauty standards.

Flat Slim Stomach is a healthy stomach in case of females. If you try to get over shredded with abs then it will reduce your Progesterone production and it will result in significant drop in your fertility.You will have to keep at least 20℅ fat to remain fertile but if you go too much shred below 18℅ you will face continuous disturbance in menstrual and hormonal cycle ,way too much hinder my result in long term fertility lost . So do smart and healthy workout with proper balanced diet. *Dont live in a fantasy that you will eat 10 to 20 Pizzas a day and will get your fat back but that also will not increase your fertility,Pizzas have got Saturated fats and you will need highly unsaturated fats thay breaks down easily.

For them the thick that they meant is having thick breast and booty but not fat belly. That's the body that they consider as healthy and perfect for them. As for the slim skinny type of body they assume we didn't eat at all acting like we starve ourselves when actually we eat too but we workout a lot. How is that consider unhealthy when you eat well and you exercise too? Is it a sin that we are skinny. Is it a sin that we don't have big breast and thick booty 🥲 I've been through a lot with that too when people say I lose a lot of weight they ask if I'm healthy or not. actually maybe, if you do it twice a day and for some months eat lots of protein and drink water. But if you want flat abs remember to strech, do cardios walk, run generally move more, bc shes more kind of flat belly than abs imo

Kazuja has been like a dancer forever. Its not something that can be attained easily. However these workout can help
