I always clear cache! Away from the firestick, I watch RUclips on a tablet and after it builds up 170mb, it stops running or buffers. Clearing cache then puts it right. Surely cache building up on a number of apps will steadily slow the stick down?
I keep it all cleared at least every 3 to 4 days to keep everything cleared up, but I checked the updates every day it keeps things running smooth. That’s my opinion you do what you wanna do. God bless peace out.
I clear the cache because I notice as days go by my internal space under manage installed applications goes down and clearing it raises the internal space. Plus it doesn’t slow down my speed.
Most important thing is to update. Family members never update and it actually doubled the storage needed on the device. I had to completely reset and update the device to get the storage to read half of what it was with the same apps installed.
I am one who used to clear the cache for every app I opened all the time. however, I have now stopped doing that, because I was wasting more time clearing the cache vs just using the apps and letting them run its course.
Hi can you please tell me the best vpn i can use to get Australian tv shows streaming? im in the usa so i def cant get any of them , i really dont know what I'm doing with vpn or much tech stuff at all but im so wanting to learn Thank you very much
I have a bad habit of clearing cache frequently. While it has proven helpful for one particular app (quicker loading, buffering stops), I am not sure how much difference it makes for others. I'm puzzled as to what causes the cache in Tubi to build so much and so quickly! Guess I will stop being OCD about this now.
I clear the cash & also force stop. Sometimes apps load faster other times it makes little difference it depends on the app & device I am using I find.
Everyone i listen to on RUclips about firestick and clearing the cash. Will stop buffering. Do what is the proper way to stop buffering. My internet speed is 60mb down.
Its not as straight forward as saying you dont need to do it. You can have bad cache, which will cause problems, and this will be amplified on devices such as firesticks, which have very little RAM and storage. For the very minimal gain in keeping the cache, its really not worth keeping it...... peeps, if youre using a device such as a FS, get rid of your cache.
Dad joke: I met a girl at work she was really Nice, So I said we should go for a coffee sometime, she replied how about 10 tomorrow,I said no thanks that's too much!!
If you don't clear your cache, it load up , and slow down. I clear my cache, and use the cleaner, then restart your firestick, and will give you more storage
@@vaughnmitchell3030, Not really, next few times you load it up the cache is back. Cache holds things like photos for the posters of movies and tv shows to help load the apps faster. Clearing it will do nothing at these things will still download the artwork/posters.

I clear the cache because I notice as days go by my internal space under manage installed applications goes down and clearing it raises the internal space. Plus it doesn’t slow down my speed.
Good info. I guess I would be wasting my time to do that. Thanks!!
I do this very regularly, particularly with sideloaded apps that use a lot of space.
What are your thoughts on force stopping apps at the end of the day?
Something I've always done as well as occasionally force closing apps fairly frequently.
In totally unconnected news Real Debrid is no more.....

Me too. I suppose force stopping is good for the processor especially on older sticks.
Yeah I do it all the time
I think clearing your cache is only needed when you have nearly maxed out you storage capaciity.
I use to but stopped doing it a while back
How about if we force stop the apps? Does that make it faster?
I sometimes clear the cache, although one thing I do after I use the app is force stop it. Is this the right thing to do?
I didn't know all the apps have cash. How much can we make by saving them?
Pluto and Tubi have large Cassius

Sometimes the cache and data become corrupt and it needs to be done, but other than that just leave it.
