Is this method as efficient as sieving and extracting with Baermann funnel?

2:18 Why nematodes 'want' to go into the water instead of staying in the soil?
    It's just tap water, in't?

Hi Ankita, if you are trying to extract EPN from soil, you can definitely get them from soil with this method (if the soil contains EPN of course), for extracting EPNs from infected insect larvae, you can follow white trap method.
      Check this link out www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4214467/
      hope it helps!

@@ankitadey7789 Hi Ankita, there are various well known journals where works related to Nematology are published. Some suggestions include Journal of Nematology, Nematology, Russian Journal of Nematology, European Journal of Plant Pathology, Plants etc. It actually really depends on what kind of research articles you are looking for.
