Had this been a girl group, they would have had to change their choreographies because of suggestive dancing... that said, the dance was cool and UNIQ are really awesome, tbh.
Not necessarily. Usually dances in general get changed because they are too dirty on specific music shows. A girl group would not have this choreo, but if they did have a similar version, it would not get changed necessarily. You also have to keep mind that girl groups also wear VERY short shorts, so sometimes it is not the choreo, but the "when you bend over in your skirt, we can see your butt hole." Lol, but double standards do exist.
As someone who was only recently following some Chinese shows + coincidentally some of my Kpop idol biases are Chinese (Lay, Cheng Xiao, Kyulkyung), I found this very fascinating esp seeing Yibo and Wenhan performing in Korean... I still remember when I first saw them randomly on tv. I remember looking their video on RUclips afterwards because their dance is really sexy and the EOEO part was pretty catchy. Too bad I was only a casual listener and forgot about them until now 😣
