- Long time i havent posted any video but since i am getting close to finishing this for steam.. i decided to show some thing although this just some game play test as i didnt spoiled any thing related to the shrine which is major part of the game and some lore.

You can also see her in Yangire mode. She uses axes while saiko had knives. Heh...

not cancelled just delayed but you would see in this game as i have included some lore related with the nightmare mode.

WHOA, THIS IS WAY SCARIER! The design of the forest is great!! But how about you make the creaking sound to only appear when there's real danger around you? If it's random, it doesn't give you any clues and the player just gets used to it and starts to ignore it.
Also, I love Elissu's AI, it's so random... sometimes she helps the player, sometimes she attacks them, sometimes she scares the shot outta 'em... But how about you give her some voice lines? That would make her feel more human... or maybe that's exactly why you don't make her talk? So she feels more like some sort of demon?
when ever elissu moves around the tree or lands down there is sound so you can hear the sound if she lands close to you or she is close by jumping around the trees to stalk she also whistle's or slight sing if she is nearby so, the music only kicks in if she is on to you and you camera sees her moving.
Having her not talk will make her feel more unpredictable like a wild animal so thats why i decided not to give her voice lines

been a while since last update, and it seems the game is progressing well
This was completely awesome! Everything fell together neatly.
I got some suggestions that could probably improve the formula:
To put even more of her personality into gameplay,
Can we have some mocking behaviour, like when you turn your back on her she might kick you to the ground and give small cuts with the axe or heels, while whispering demeaning things about your weakness and such. These reactions could be based on a rage meter that you have to carefully manage and strategise about.
The player has to catch hints about what she wants and her mood- by choosing when to pick up things, when to take what she gives to you, how long do you need to make her wait, knowing when she'll spare you, and her responses to all of that.
Still hoping that he will wake up and get the noticed that she survived somehow and is going to make amends and help her stabilize with psychological assistance so both can recover from all the damage. This history always makes me sad.
Hmm, let me guess, Nightmare mode turned out to be too big and complex for it to be a difficulty mode, so instead you turned it into a standalone game, is that correct?
I have a feeling it's still there being worked on but we're got this in replacement or maybe nightmare is already done and this is some extra stuff on the side

yes she has 3 modes , stalk , playful and kill as i mentioned in discord she switches between you could say she is random and could kill player at any second or could help player not die of poison or wants to do duel ... its just some interaction of her AI

I love / I also hate cuz it's creepy the things that she does like look around a corner to scare you and stalk you😂... Or runs up behind you and jump scares you although is she magically powered or something what's the lore on this how is a little chick jumping 30 meters away from tree to tree 🤔
