    Wrap skirts and dresses are great for weight changes. I lost a lot of weight and my wrap skirts still look great!

    I think my parents prevented me from over-packing rather unintentionally. When I used to live with them, they only gave me a duffel bag for traveling. So I actually had to carry it in my hand or on my shoulder and I am a very thin girl. I always packed light because of not wanting the pain on my shoulders. For example, for a 10 day trip to France all my luggage weighed 5 kg and my friends both had around 15 kg. And yes, I used that same duffel bag for 30 day trips, too. I am thankful for learning to travel light at a young age... and I still use a duffel bag, haha!

      Andra T I had a bit over 5 lb of carryon for a 4 day trip last month. And I packed a jacket and a swimsuit I never used even.

    I am currently going through a large weight loss journey. I'm only half way through of a lot of weight to lose. As Courtney mentioned, select items that are forgiving through a number of sizes. I've always air dried my clothing to prevent shrinking and found that if I dry once to shrink certain items, I've been able to wear them longer as I've lost. Since what I'm wearing now will absolutely not fit when I hit my goal (even shrunk!), I have been making do with current items and when I do need something in a smaller size, peruse thrift stores. I've been doing 333 for a few years now, and with that experience and in process of weight loss, I'm finding that I can make do with even fewer items that I thought possible while doing project333 and still look professional and put together.

    This is great! I have 2 girls ages 5 and 9 and I have been through 4 sizes in the last 10 years and it's been a big barrier in reducing my wardrobe. Now I'm going to go for a loose interpretation of the size I am now.

      Michelle Tulumello I still have stuff from college. I’ve went from a 8 to a 14 in the last decade. I lost 12lbs in September and am back to 12! Yay! And today I fit into an old pair of 10s! So I’m looking forward to fitting into my college pants any month now, lol. Realistically, I’ll probably end up size 10-12 and be just fine. I’m unlikely to get back to 8 but that’s alright. I’m most looking forward to fitting back into C cups and not hurting from jumping, even with sports bras on. Lol

    This question may have been asked before in another video. Do you shop for different clothes each capsule season?

    • @nevillelongbottom1628
      @nevillelongbottom1628 8 лет назад

      from what I understand, she only shops for one item at a time as something is either not fitting right anymore, wearing out, or otherwise is not working anymore.
