I was just thinking about my boy Chris yesterday, about how his vids are so good, informative and not typical like other RUclipsrs with that weird “RUclips voice”, cringe intros and the constant “begging” of the viewers to subscribe and like the video. This dude is a beast at everything
I have received council to not cancel the watching of this video on how to remove the console. ;) Almost done with watching this series straight to come home after a hard day and watch an uplifting series like I said, with my new Mach 1 I’m getting inspired
It’s refreshing to see that I’m not the only one that has a OCD problem with the little things on a car! I sold a boat the other day that I restored a wile back and the guy paid me extra just because he knew I had did the work and I wouldn’t let anything slide when it came to the little things! 😎🤙🏼
Unpopular opinion(maybe): Terminator Cobras are the best sounding cars on the road. Obviously, they sound great on a pull. But, I just love how they sound at idle and very light acceleration. Such a presence. Anyway, beautiful car. I'm glad I'm not the only one that enjoys your content.
I know people keep saying this but only 38.2k subscribers.....im hoping more peole will subscribe soon!! Your the only car content channel i primarly look forward to watching !
Started following Chris around 9K subscribers so cool to see where he's at and where this thing can go. He's the real deal. I'm not a gearhead or really that mechanically inclined but I've learned a lot. Keep em coming Chris, we're riding with you bro! Salutations from Wisconsin.
Another great video, Chris. Your work is professional and you make it look easy. Wish it went that way on my wrenching projects. Alas, mine usually involve many choice words and a few trips back & forth to the parts store.
Man what a beauty. That wide band is essential! Great way to start. I think it would be awesome if you did your own port job on that Eaton. Would make for great content!
Dude I can’t get enough of the cobra content 🤘!!! My dad has a bone stock black 2003 10th anniversary edition he ordered new from the factory. Still has it to this day. Only has 14000km on her.
Beautiful car. I have a '96 that I am turbocharging. I have used both Innovate, Zietronix, and AEM wide bands. They all work well, but the AEM has the fastest response time. This is most important if you are using it for tuning, especially accelerator enrichment. The stock 2004 Cobra fuel tables go up to 22 lbs. boost. With a pulley, chip, and cold air, I have personally seen an otherwise stock 2004 run 6.99 in the 1/8 mile. That's sub 11 sec quarter mile.
Makes me miss my Comp orange vert. One of 72…6th cobra sold that My. Should have NEVER sold that thing back in 07’ the things we do when young and stupid. Nice ride man…I’m liking the channel. Just bought a 2010 E63 P30 car…excited for ownership of this monster.
*You* can easily install a Mr Cool heat pump in the garage heating and cooling price. You could to it. It will save you so much time buy getting the humidity out of the garage. (You can say it was your idea)
your videos are very nicely made. Please do not go the route of many others where half the contents are promotional for various products. I understand you spend a lot of time on this channel and want some benefits. The allure of the contents you post are your commentary, openness, personality and project workmanship. thanks for a great channel.
Once again, you show us all the quality in your work on yet another amazing machine. Maybe have the "COBRA" letters on the calipers be yellow opposed to a metal finish, that way it would make for a nice offset from the COBRA on the rear bumper. Not that it looks bad, just a thought.
Looking great as always. The cts 4 pot brembo upgrade is a cheap alternative if you wanted a bit more stopping power without replacing the rotors. Side note, i have a new maximum motorsports strut tower brace for cars with a stock eaton if you are looking. Wink wink nudge nudge.
You're the 🐐 man, every time I see one of your videos you always got some cool shit going on lol. Keep up the good work brother, my favorite car youtuber by far!
I love your automotive sensibilities and sense of aesthetic correctness, trying to maintain much of the factory DNA with tasteful upgrades...like the black calipers etc. Beautiful car and it fell in the right hands. All said and maybe just me, but I don't like the A-pillar gauges. I do understand why you installed them...yes understand boost and air/fuel is very important etc, but to me a much more elegant upgrade but a lot more work is...pull the cluster and redo with Autometer gauges or equivalent and keep the A-pillar factory clean. You can install whatever gauges you prefer with a new cluster. Yes a tremendous amount of work...or...leave it stock and if you have connections in the industry, send the cluster out and have the air/fuel gauge recalibrated for more boost and/or just change that particular gauge within the cluster. This is a special car and you are the right owner until you set it free into the wild.
Man these videos have me missing my 03 zinc yellow cobra.. although screaming yellow is nicer imo. Also those rims, you can take lacquer thinner and clean off the back lip and its full chrome underneath. Looks nice all polished up. Great job on this car.. going to be in market for a 04 screaming or comp Orange in near future...love these cars.
Great job on sanding the COBRA letters on the caliber but I would have put some type of sealer on the exposed metal because it's going to corrode rather easily now. Just my thoughts.
@@ChrisSullivan69 thanks man, can’t pass it up for the price!Pretty sure I seen you’re old one for sale a few months back up in New York. If it wasn’t it it was damn near identical. Enjoying the quality videos you put out!
What i love and have continued to love about this channel is he doesn't screen WHAT'S UP GUYS in the beginning of the video. Please never do that 😂 we subconsciously all hate it
Do you have a recommendation for tire size. I’m running a similar set up. Did a termi swap and running a 2.76 pulley , but I don’t wanna go over kill but also don’t wanna be spinning everywhere
Chris, do you like that shift knob? I think a pool ball (either 1 or 9 ball) would look so much better in that interior. It would add a splash of color too. I have a 2 ball in my mustang that matches my secondary color blue. I got it from Twistedshifterz. Love the build man 💪🏆
Hey Chris, great video! Loving the Cobra content which leads me to my question… Are you going to sell that beast? I really wanted to try & score the Cadillac V1 but when I was ready to reach out it appeared you had already let her go. Anywho, thanks again for the great content and if you do decide to keep the Cobra, I totally get it. Cheers from CT!!
Roger that. And it not being cheap I also totally get! Damn I miss my 99’ GT vert’ and 01’ GT coupe. The next step at that time was a Cobra but…. life happened. Cheers again my friend!
I’ve got a Market Basket in my town here in NJ, and there aren’t about saving your dollar! NY strip for $23.99 a pound! Best food you’ll eat, but it’ll cost ya! Lol. Rotor hats are much much better in black!
Hey Chris, I know your pretty knowledgeable about cars so I wanted to ask you a quick question. I had recently installed LEDs light for the exterior of my 98 C5 and installed the resistors and hyper flash harness with a new hazard switch because it’s a 4 way relay with the turn signals. Now after a few weeks my turn signals stopped working and I checked all fuses. Do you have an idea on what could it be ?
Hey brother as always a pleasure to watch your videos but ive been wanting to ask you what prep solvent do you use prior to painting? Is it a home made mix or what? Would you share your secret? Keep it up bud !!!
Its amazing the skills and passion you have for working on cars bro! I subbed to your channel man! What did you do to the yellow cobra sell it? Wish I had money id make you a offer.

Great channel. Pretty much just need to keep doing what you’re doing… will be a steady upward trajectory. For sure.
It is all about the attention to the details. Nicely done. Beautiful car.
Love 03/04 cobras. Good job on bringing this one up, and doing all the little necessary things. This cobra is in good hands for sure.

You got it looking like a Barrett Jackson show in there. Great work on the rides man, workmanship is impeccable to say the least.

Chris, that garage is legendary!
Great work man. This makes me miss my Ingot silver 04 cobra I bought back in 08 when I was 18. Definitely a more raw car to drive and fun as hell.

Glad to help
I freaking loved that car I'm glad it has a loving caring home
Another great one, love the car, love the work👍
Nice car, blessing from Zacatecas Mexico
Stunning car!!
Would hav been nice to see the Cobra n yellow but either way 😍
I thought about that. But thought it might be tricky to make it look clean. I might give it a shot using a touch up pen🤙
I have a decal overlay on the factory boost gauge tear shows 15 and 20
Needs some steamroller CCW Classics to make it perfect. I know they are played out on Termis and mkiv Supras, but just a perfect fit 👌
Great job on sanding the COBRA letters on the caliber but I would have put some type of sealer on the exposed metal because it's going to corrode rather easily now. Just my thoughts.
Rained 2 days in last 2 months in mn. Brown here
If your tired of that rain just send it down to Texas, we'll take all you got, it was 102 at 6:30pm
I didn't know the Easy Off trick 👍
Instead of the boost gauge, why not do the boost overlay in the cluster? Looks factory and clean.
Love the cobra content!
Nice car 👍🏻
Hearing this is making me giddy..Picking up a 1st gen ctsv with an lsa Monday!
