As a Volvo guy... seeing the aftermarket offerings for Mustangs makes me want a Mustang. Also like your approach to building cars. Practical, functional.. with a touch of good taste.
Bro it’s unbelievable the amount of work and skill that is put into this 03 cobra series.. I am speaking for everyone and I mean everyone, we really appreciate all that you are doing ! It blows my mind the amount of skill you have sir !
@@ChrisSullivan69 that exhaust sounds nice man! Super satisfying to watch you put it together. Also have you tried using a Go Pro head mount? They’re like 20 bucks, or you could use a go pro hat clip🤷🏽♂️ maybe plug a mic into it for better sound as well. Just a suggestion👍🏽
This is the real car scene. Not the street talk over shit. Luckily I’m from NH too and there’s a ton of us who actually wrench and know how style a car properly here.
Dude you are awesome, this cobra series is the first time I have watched you. But I have been hooked since the start. I’m definitely sticking around to see what else you decide to tackle. Keep up the awesome work man🤙🏼
You are my kind of guy I like how you use your full brain to handle your assignments and beyond. Great job leave nothing to chance or have to be redone.
Anyone else. Just watch these long form vids all the way thru . It’s truly entertaining and inspires me to tackle. My own projects and the stuff I would normally not do myself
Hey Chris, from the past, remember to put your coil springs in when you put your front suspension in I figured since you were here I’d let you know that might save you some time lol
Chris you’re one of the few RUclipsrs that I watch consistently and look forward to, I never miss a video, feels like you’re one of the boys and we’re right there with ya with all the nitty gritty stuff
I've always liked the DNA catbacks. I've used them on 3 of our cars. They are pretty much copies of the Borla Touring/Steeda mufflers. Can't wait for the next video!
Chris as being a viewer for a while you ought to do a live stream so your fans can fans out more about you like ...where did you get all your car skills ...things of that nature ,,,She sounds perfect !!
Bro you’re a beast at what you do. One of the best youtubers out there hands down. The knowledge you have working on cars and editing your videos are flawless. I look forward to watching your videos everyday, also motivates me to get in the garage and work on my own cars. Keep up the good work.
This project has something for everyone, if you are not subscribed to this channel.....what are you waiting for? First class all the way. Thanks again Chris!!
I got to say that exhaust looks great 👍🏻 I'd venture to say anyone looking at the finished product would think it was a expensive kit installed. The Stang is looking like a new car from where it started and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Nice work! Nothing wrong with that choice of exhaust as it works. Hell the top brands are even outsourcing overseas anymore. I’m betting you’ll see a nice exhaust note when you go WOT. This vid should be labeled “car rescue” for all you have repaired. Great to see the Cobra gaining value!
HELL OF A NICE X - PIPE EXHAUST FOR CHEAP !! SOUNDS GREAT ,NOT TOO LOUD BUT HAS THAT COBRA / FORD SOUND !!! GAVE ME SOME IDEAS FOR MY 68 VETTE NEW EXHAUST !! KEEP THEM VIDEOS COMING !! JESSE VIA LAS VEGAS
Man I really enjoy your videos! You’re so organized and clean when you do these builds. I’ve learned a lot and I keep searching RUclips for the next video you’re going to put out. Keep up the good work!
Years ago, I bought the Ford Racing M55 exhaust for my 03 Cobra. Cheapest exhaust I could buy back then. Made the car sound like a Harley. I couldn’t stand it. Traded it for a 3” Mac and fell in love. Now that M55 exhaust goes for stupid money.
Man does she sound sweet, freaking awesome fab exhaust work, top notch, great choice on those mufflers, has a nice deep tone with great interior sound that sounds perfect, awesome job and skills on everything. Looking, running and sounding awesome bud.
It’s crazy I stumbled across this. I was pondering the eBay catback because I’m building a custom 3in x pipe to mate up to my coyote swap headers. after seeing this I know that what I had planned is gonna work. I really like how quiet it is on start up, I hate when the coyote has that obnoxiously loud cold start.
Awesome video, she sounds so good! Can't wait for the next one. Props to you because you do every single thing, like buy the parts (the deals), put on the parts, talk about what of this and that you did in the video, edit the whole video, etc.
Love the channel bro. Your videos keep you interested from start to finish. Great explanation and walkthrough. Its a testament to your fantastic editing.
Very nice exhaust job. I added an aftermarket high flow race cats and magnaflow catback setup on my 2002 lightning. It went together pretty slick. The side exit setup always needs adjustment.
When i first did the trans and the spec twin disc you pulled out of it, i found in street driving applications to click out of gear and blip the clutch pull the next one slow and it wont be so aggresive and engage nice. When its all broke in wait till you wide open shift it no clutch 😂
A Chris Sullivan Video was the best part to this wendesday afternoon. Keep up the great work man. Can't wait to see what projects you have next.. Maybe a WS6 trans am? Im over here brainstorming ideas for the inside of our 69 camaro.
Great Job! Glad to finally see that thing on the road! Long journey from "just needing a clutch" ha. Now dont sell this one! I love the blue over the yellow one that you had.
I built up a 2003 Cobra back in 2005. Added a Whipple with all the supporting mods. I also beefed up the IRS with a diff brace, and Delrin IRS bushings from Full Tilt Boogie Racing. It was an awesome IRS when I was done. The guy I sold the car to a few years later swapped a GT Mustang owner the Cobras IRS for the GT's stick axle. I always felt he took the car backwards in technology. Unless it's a hard core drag track car it just seemed like a dumb move to me.
One of the best channels on RUclips. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch. I have a question on your corbeau seats in your camaro, do they make you sit higher in the car? I've read a lot of people say it does. Keep up the great content
As someone who shoots and edits video for a living, I’m as impressed with your production skills as your mechanical skills
Much appreciated. Always trying to hone my skills with both!
You ain't kidding!
I don't even know a RUclipsr who does it all like this man
For real. Your videos are another level.

Inspiration is the word, thanks Chris. No excuses.
Love that car ,and learning about your history with Terminator cobras.

I'm a fan of the almost quiet exhaust too. Sometimes it's nice to be able to drive for an hour and not bleed from your ears.
