I gut punched a man and accidentally used burning hand 4. I shot and flaming arrow at an army and missed... setting the field on fire. 5. I... got raped by an army of hungry succubus 6. Was climbing down a rope and slipped... ended up hanging my self and ripping off my head (Zombie, so it didn't kill me... for long)
Ai Enma Didn't happen to me, but the first encounter of our group, we scared three hellknight trainees so bad the leader of the band rolled a one and beheaded his crew and then himself in one swing. It was awesome.
Rolled a Nat 1 on an attempted diplomacy against a creature that wanted to eradicate our party because we had previously used time travel. What I said to my d20 became what my character said: "YOU BITCH!" DM said, "Roll initiative."
Ran and jumped over a ditch right into a low hanging tree branch knocking me into a puddle of acid slime. Standing on a ledge tried throwing a dart slipped from my hand fell down the ledge and stabbed and k.o.'d our cleric. Disguised self to look like the master of the house instead made myself look like an insulting version of him. Missed a perception check and fell into a portable hole. Missed a Dex check causing me to drop and shatter a glass ball holding a demon from the abyss who now follows my character until it can consume me. Failed a shot with my bow causing the bowstring to snap and cause the arrow to flip and pierce me in the eye giving me disadvantage on all my shots until I had a cleric heal me. Failed a Dex save causing me to have to draw up a new character.
It makes me so happy seeing Lanni with this big happy smile when he answers he rolled a 1 especially when he holds up only one finger with such enthusiasm

Oh, the Home Alone kill was pure glory. A nat 1, a 0 and 1 on percentile, and another nat 1. A 1 in 40,000 shot, and Zito threaded the needle. All that time and work, and the random number God's said "watch this".
Zito may feel bad that the boss battle got derailed by that triple Nat 1, but by god was it memorable- and for a storyteller, isn't that what's truly important?
Damn! Even though I wasn't keeping track of how many nat 1s they had this chapter, I knew if only just because of how much longer it was that chapter 2 would have have more nat 1s, but I didn't realize that they had so many before even leaving Jahal!
And Grant is still the luckiest player with the lowest number of Nat Ones. While Lani has somehow gotten unluckier rolling just as many Nat Ones as the GM. Yet they will probably keep acting like Grant has the worst rolls.
I would love to know the Nat-1 to Nat-20 ratio. I would also love to know Grant's roll average without bonuses as that poor guy seems to have the worst of rolls. I feel for you Grant!!!

I recently had something similar happen to my dm in my session. Felt bad about it, but at the same time I was overjoyed with how it happened.
