      Because for instance if you graph a graph with a vertical line and a horizontal line through the middle a quarter of that is 90 a half of that is 180 a fourth of that is 270 and full round is 360 so he did a half which is 180 sorry my explanation is very bad

      An angle on a straight line adds up to 180° and angles in a triangle adds up to 180°
