I figured it out. On the app click sign up as if ur creating a new account. Then sign up with the email and password u already have created. And boom it should let u in into ur account

This is a common issue.. no wonder why facebook has only 2 star rating on the app-store in IOS. I have it and i just bought a new Iphone 12 mini a few months ago.. the problem is its not your device but it is the servers and the App itself and we cant do anything about it since millions of accounts are being made every single day.
People said that the only way to fix it is to factory reset your phone lol. Since I have too much valuable shit I backed up everything to iCloud, factory reset, and loaded the backup. I even made sure NOT to back up Facebook or messenger to iCloud. Still didn’t work. Unfortunately it looks like the only way is to factory reset and start from scratch. Fuck “Meta”.

I have brand new account created with brand new information. And 20 days I can not login on my iPhone. And in the same time I can login my MacBook my iMac.. only on the phone is not possible.. I fixed it. The problem is your keychain in your back up file. You need to remove application Facebook. Delete all accounts from Facebook saved in your passwords. Uncheck the key chain from back up. Remove the back up file and then restart. Before everything of this do a back up on your computer for safety . After that restart download Facebook again login and if it’s work that switch on back up again and switch on keychain again and do back up to create new back up file for you. This fix my problem. The problem is not Facebook it’s the back up. I spoke with apple support and they give me this advice.

This happened to me today march 6, 2024. None of these troubleshooting helps. I thought they blocked my IP since I can't login my second account as well. I didn't violate any facebook rules, but my account was logged out unexpectedly. I think facebook server is having some issues and this error is happening globally. Hopefully we can recover our accounts back once they're done fixing the server.
When your facebook gets shut down and they block your phone IP so you can't log in at all even with new accounts. They really don't like people disagreeing with them, do they?
Try to login to your facebook from laptop and if it works then uninstall the facebook app from your phone then re-install it, otherwise you need to contact facebook support team.

I am unable to log in through the Facebook app. I found another App that supports Facebook called Friendly and now one is playing up on me. Chrome and Safari work no problems. But the apps won’t. If any of your account gets banned, this thing happens... Try factory resetting your phone, that's the one and only solution.

I am unable to log in through the Facebook app. I found another App that supports Facebook called Friendly and now one is playing up on me. Chrome and Safari work no problems. But the apps won’t. I have the correct passwords and email. I think they have banned me from using their apps. I’ve watched this video and others and it hasn’t fixed it. I bet if I buy new phone it will work.

uninstall fb and messenger app, redownload and click create new account use your same name and birthday and email and password as your original account, it will log you in it did for me finally

Only solution is to factory reset your phone. It only happens if any of your other Facebook id got banned and you try logging in over and over again.
Can whoever else is here for the march 5th 2024 issue please reply when your issue is resolved? I don't want to drive myself crazy with this checking every 2 min 😂😂😂 who else thought the acct was hacked and made all new passwords and account authentication. I even tried the "call me for the code" option and I wasn't called. Wondering who tf was called for me. Was in the middle of watching a reel about a apicy ginger kitten and was kicked off.
