I have been following you for some time now and I must admit... you are a god dang it genius! I just love your imagination and simplicity!
If I can try to show you my gratitude, I would love to give a secret recipe my mom made for me when I was little and still to this very day enjoying it!
We called it:" Hara potato"
Very simple: first, take 4 nice big yellow potatoes, not sweet ones, and peel them.then, each piece must be cut into 4 big chunks, not like fries. Boil them in a seasoned water with salt and olive oil.
Now for the sauce: 5 table spoons of olive oil+ 4 table spoons of red vinegar+ 2/3 tea spoon of salt and cumin+ 1/3 tea spoon of black pepper+ pinch of tumeric+ 2 garlics nicely grounded and mix everything well!
Once the potatoes are super super soft, even softer than butter, pull it out and put it in the sauce and start smashing everything together.
Last ingredient is to add 2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese or any other brand cheese as long as it is the same type of cheese. Not the ones used for pizzas and lasagnas.
And that's it! Hopefully you enjoy it!
