More than Alito and Thomas - Roberts has to accept responsibility for his non-actions in controlling the court for the people and per the law. In depth investigations in the Supreme Maga Five should begin (or intensify) and of course, in all fairness ALL the judges, verifying and separating the clean from the unclean (hands) to restore honor to the Supreme Court.

They’ll also need to win _at least_ 60% of the Senate in order to remove any impeached official, and that’s going to be a very difficult hill due to the way the states were formed. (I’m referring here to the Missouri Compromise of 1820.)

Recusal is simply not enough. By his display, Alito has violated one of the core tenets of the judiciary: the maintenance of both impartiality and the appearance of impartiality. His is an effective assault on the rule of law. He cannot remain in his position. He must resign. Of course he will not do so, because he lacks the honor. That, however is his only recourse. Absent that he must be removed.
Subpoena Alito and ask him about his true beliefs. And look into Thomas as well. They need to be called to account and treated with toughness. Consequences!
