If you have the confidence and a good cartwheel its actually easy i never did one while i was actively competing. I did it like 3 years later on a dare and couldn't believe how easy it was . Keep in mind i had about 6 years of tumbling at that point

No way that this helps i tried it and every tutorial is the same and DOES NOT HELP. I been learning an aerial for 3 months and still nothing if you wanna learn it go to a real coach
