Please use the clean code principles, it would make it a lot easier to hide the unimportant implementation details.

Need to support MBTILES SQLite. It's similar to GeoPackage but only 1 table of tiles and always Spherical Web Mercator /Auxillary Web Sphere and TMS naming instead of XYZ. Also need to support Vector Tiles in MBTILES Gzipped PBF not just VTPK. Or provide a converter geoprocessing tool to convert from from Zoom Column Row Folder structure to ESRI Proprietary .BUNDLE format
