Even though they're giving free ssr in 7 days login, that paid banner is still a slap in the face for f2p players.

Well its actually not like "genshin would never", they give you 2 SSR(someone said 3) Free character. And the gacha almost like nikke on the first time release. They give you no banner but already have premium pull. And the first time they release, they only give ya one free char if i remember.

Hey for the gold coins you can exchange 2600 silver for it just click the + sign on the silver. 10:1 ratio for silver to gold.
On the PC client, at least for me in EU, I get the option to Delete my account and it says it'll take 30 days. On doing so, if I try log in again on the same account, I get the option to immediately delete the account instead of waiting, allowing me to start fresh and reroll on that same Google account. Did that three times before I got Sonic and went ahead with that reroll session. Not sure if this is a GDPR kinda thing with EU making it so companies must comply with deletion requests for account data, but worth a try if you're not in EU as well I guess and happened to bind your account down and got bad rolls.
Rerolls are pretty fast for 20 pulls.

Playing on mobile here. There is absolutely no reason to reroll. They set this up to grab Impatient peoples cash...like mine. It definitely is a pay to reroll. The paid selection reroll is the only way to get ssr without spending hours to get a single. I got a double ssr on the first selection reroll. That should tell us something

Everyone complains about the summon system, yes it’s hard to get tickets but as a gacha game slave it having a pity as low as it is is amazing and also relatively rare (especially for mobile gacha).
I can't even play or reroll. it only says reconnecting to the server for hrs, and somehow gets logged on, and if i close game, same problem again and again.... This game is Dead.......
I had to log into the game through the EU server to get on. Had the same issue. I think the US global server is bugged. Will probably be fixed soon. But if you wanna play the game. Try the European server! I'm having fun so far playing it.
Its not that the reroll banner was with the free currency, in CBT you used to get the 260 gols currency for the reroll lmao, dirty move they did, but it could be expeted because it was always with gold currency

Gacha game devlopers should learn that they need to 'woo' us first on the honeymoon phase for this game to be worth the attention of our wallets. So far it is not and looking dead already with this setup. Decent game. rates are not attractive enough to gain a playerbase.

How about "punishing gray" they give ya one ssr free right? And the gacha almost the same, you get one ssr after 60 pull or move to the banner with not guarantee ssr but percentage are higher to get ssr.... Someone said opm give ya 3 ssr but idk where to get the 3rd char
Saving in this game doesnt mean anything. The limited banner was 2.55% chance to get an SSR get who only got one SR character for 11k coins.

Heads up, there's a reroll limit with the guests on mobile. Didn't keep count, but at some point it won't let you reset a new guest account. So might have to do the multiple email path. Or settle for getting a chunk of SR characters instead of chasing the SSR. As mentioned there is a free SSR at 60, so might just have to be okay with whatever SSR you get. Free SSR Genos though.

I wanted to play. But straight after comment couldn't login stuck trying to reconnect to the server.. looked online and they said soft rest your modem or login on mobile data. Then if they doesn't work uninstall..
